Spigen Liquid Case or Google's own case? What says the pixelati?
My vote goes to Spigen, they sell great cases. I would vote for Google if they still sold the funky cloth cases. I personally don’t like the Google rubber/plastic cases for the Pixel 6 and Pro.

p.s. Open to other suggestions for cases too. I've long since loved SPECK cases for my Samsung devices, but they don't have any for the 6 or 6 pro (yet?)

Google cases look great, I have a Moment case on order for MagSafe compatibility, but not here yet. But been no case until that one arrives.

My homescreen, I thought when using light wallpapers the At a glance widget and network things are supposed to change from white to black?

Spigen Liquid Case or Google's own case? What says the pixelati?
Unfortunately Google’s cases were massively backordered when I placed my orders. I ended up canceling them and will pick one up when I can see it in person.

I’ve got a Moment case with MagSafe built in that’s on its way. And I have the Spigen Rugged Armor which I’ve been using all day. I have a Spigen Ultra Hybrid with black borders and a clear lower backside. I’ll try that tomorrow.

My husband has Spigen Air Armor. The two Spigen Armor cases are light and flexible with good coverage for the camera bump. They give enough clearance around the edges so that the curved display isn’t obstructed. My husband has a Crave case that’s built up around the edges. Some people may prefer that. It’s a tough feeling case and feels protective. We both found it cramped the edges a bit. Crave is a nice looking case though.

What I like about my Spigen is that it looks nice and feels protective, but not heavy. It gives decent grip. Air Armor may be a bit more grippy. Mine is jet black.

I just checked and my at a glance widget changes to dark with the lighter wallpaper. I don't see anything else changing though.

Are you running dark theme too?

So any lighter type wallpapers, not stock phone wallpapers, but pick a light wallpaper you download and set, the At-a-glance writing goes black?

Here's the wallpaper, please try it and let me know.

I just went back and edited my post. I rechecked and the status bar did change to dark with a light wallpaper. The first time I looked at my status bar I had the notification pulled down.

That is even when not running dark mode.

K thanks for testing that for me, appreciated.

Wish it would auto change to black on light wallpapers.
I changed to a different light colored wallpaper. It stayed white this time. 🤷‍♀️

I really enjoyed the Pixel Buds. I’m not an audiophile so I can’t speak with any expertise on the quality. I just found them very comfortable and they stay put. I’ll test them again tomorrow to see how well they retain the connection when I’m moving around the house.

I just thought they were a nice freebie on top of an already well priced phone. It’s stuff like this that give me the warm fuzzies staying with Android even without a robust ecosystem.

I own both the Pixel 6 Pro and 13 Pro Max. The iPhone is just too big and heavy with no design change for the last couple of years. On the other hand, the Pixel feels lighter and looks better to me. It only lacks in the video department. The display’s refresh rate seems to be smoother than on the iPhone.

Yeah. I still like https://www.dpreview.com/ though. They haven't posted a review yet/
Yeah I still like dpreview, solid reviews.

I added the DXO marks only for info here but they did lose their integrity and professionalism a couple of years ago now, all the big YouTubers like MKB stopped quoting them in their videos too. Questionable how they arrive at their scores which is a shame as they used to be great.

I purchased the Pixel Buds last year when I ordered the P4a 5G. I think the new ones they are giving away are the PB Series A? Anyway they sound the same but they lack certain features of last years model, one of which is controlling the volume from the PB’s.

Sound quality? They sound good but not as good when they were selling for $179 last year. I have much better wireless cans which cost $50 but you won’t be disappointed with free. They do sound real good.

Range wise, they are up there with the rest of my wireless buds. You’ll get around 15-25 feet which depends on how much RF interference you have in your immediate area. But you might be disappointed if you hope to get a signal if you are in the garage and the phone is in the bedroom or kitchen but its worth a try to find the maximum range.

I've noticed the range is not that great with these. I do like that they pair nicely with the phone for productivity but I might go back to my Samsung buds in a week or so. But I want to give these a run sound wise they're okay to me. Nothing crazy

Darn I can't find any tempered glass for the Pro model. I know they used to have them but they must have sold out.
Looks like the same company that made mine.

Only thing I don't like about this style Is the cutout for the camera. Though dust hasn't been a huge issue for me yet.
