One thing for me to keep in mind I still have my iPhone 12 Pro Max and the main thing I love about that phone is the huge bright high quality display.

So if the Pixel 6 Pro has a similar type screen even though it's curved but a big large bright gorgeous display is what I'm after.

I like picking up my 12 Pro Max and just feeling the heft the high build quality and that beautiful screen to look at I hope the Pixel 6 Pro can give me a similar experience but minus the terrible iOS obviously

But my daily driver this month has been my Pixel 4 XL again.

The android central hands on the screen looked really bright. Too early to tell though I guess

Tempted to pre-order the 6 Pro to road test it against my 13 Pro Max in terms of camera and video. Will be sensible and wait for the full reviews. The Google UK deal is great with Bose 700’s thrown in for free.

As much as I love Pixel’s, I’ve been all in on iPhone’s the last couple of years now, personally can’t see myself giving up my new S7 Apple watch nor the flat screen of 13 Pro. Wish Google would up it’s game to release a watch that competes.

Kudos to Google though for finally releasing a genuine flagship Pixel.

Heck yeah! FINALLY

Now I understand that may not include full versions of Android late in life, but the security updates are a big plus.

I think it does a decent job too, although it’s not exactly the easiest of scenarios. She’s stood in front of the cars and it’s a pretty large part of the pic to remove. I can See it being handy in some scenarios though!

Waiting review to order .. Verizon deal pretty good 700 off .. just need buy 40 dollar trade in get 700 off.

Only thing negative I've seen so far is the P6 uses a optical fingerprint scanner. Should be fast but less secure and you have to deal with that annoying lighting up of the screen. Not a big deal but I would've loved if they brought their face unlock from the P4 back.

Negative for you or in general? Haven’t seen too many videos say that the scanner is bad except that it lights up…

Been loving the unboxing videos! The Seafoam colour is amazing. Pair that up with a Wasabi Stadia controller and you’re set!

I decided to go with the Pixel 6 Coral instead of the Pro. I'm hopefully getting back $165 on my P4a which is in mint condition (was never too happy with the battery life in the P4a). I need to see how this Tensor chip performs. The other con for me on the Pro is the issue with the curved screen. There are really no tempered glass screen protectors that can cover the screen. I drop my phone a lot and also put in my back pocket so weight is also a factor. I don't want to shatter the screen.

The fact that both the 6 and the 6 Pro use the same chip, also steered me towards the P6. A much cheaper upgrade for me. The 90Hz screen should be an upgrade over the P4a and P4a 5G.

I wonder if the facial blur feature extends to pets. I’m doubtful, but I’d love it if it did work on animals.
Constantly taking dog pics, and often half of them end up in the trash as they’re a blurred mess. I don’t get that as much on iPhone and Pixel like I do with Samsung, but that feature would be really great to make more photos useable.

How may of you getting the Pro or just regular 6?
Pro for me. But I’d rather have the 6 design.
Part of me wishes they increased the price of the 6 by £100 and added the telephoto.
Id have been happy with a smaller battery, a 90hz and less premium materials (no victus glass etc).

I think my problem with the 6 Pro design, is that it doesn’t look very ‘Google’ other than the back of it, which is obviously very unique. It could almost be any other Android brand.
The regular 6 feels like it has more of Google’s DNA. Not super flashy, but cool.

Thanks for that link but according to the article the 6 Pro will definitely get it and most likely other Pixel phones as well. AI is where Google has it over Apple by a wide, wide margin. Google Assistant destroys Siri. It's not even close. The odd part is that the Voice Assistant was an Apple creation and they have not really put an effort into expanding it. The only idea Apple has come up with is selling you a $4.99 a month plan to help you find and play music from Apple's music catalog.

Pixel 6 for me as stated above. Minus the 120Hz which I would love to have, the least expensive upgrade makes the most sense for me as I use my phone for business and taking and making calls and GMaps. If i'm home, I have an iPad and Mac for my computing needs. Besides, I wonder if I could fit the 6Pro in my back pocket.
