By that logic then, QHD is killing me.
Let's see my results tomorrow with 1080p enabled!
I've found that either of them hits the battery. If both are being used, that just piles on. It's like being that poor Rugby player in the bottom of a scrum. For now I only have 120 Hz enabled because I find it easier to view the screen with my aging eyes.

What browser are you guys running ? I use Safari on iOS, FF on my mac and Androids ( except my S22U that runs Samsung Internet ).. but I find FF to be loading pages pretty slow on the P7 Pro..

I'm also noticing the device getting quite warm when on cellular and running multiple apps ( example: YT or Apple music in the background + composing email or whatsApp or GPS )

Battery is meh.. but it may be soon yet.. I did knock the screen res down to FHD (kept the 120 hz on though ), turned off AOD and raise to wake ( tap to wake is still on ) and dropped from 5G to LTE as preferred, even though I get amazing 5G at home and around ( DFW area )

I do keep BT and Location to ON ( Android Auto, GPS, BT streaming at home etc .. )

Just for the heck of it, I switched down to 1080p

I see absolutely zero difference, the screen and text all look 100% the same.

Unless I need to do a restart?

Samsung Browser.
The best of the best on Android. In my humble opinion, of course!

I'm using Brave at the moment on both my Android and iOS devices.

I like what I've seen so far and might stick with it going forwards.

Well Google ever give us a Pixel Pro with equivalent battery life like a iPhone Pro Max?

Immediately upon setting up my new Pixel yesterday, I'm so conditioned into going into the settings and changing so many things to be more battery friendly no location on anything whatsoever.

no nearby places on at all

LTE 4G not 5G

No scanning for printers or Wi-Fi or stuff.

It's sad that we have to be so mindful on these various settings to be more battery friendly on our phones.
I don't worry about any of those settings. The battery is better than my 4a so that's all that matters. If I need to, I'll plug it in for a little bit. I always plug in over night anyways.

I haven't turned off 5G as I don't know how to. Don't see it in settings.
And I'm not looking to do that to see how better my battery is. I'm looking to do that to see how much faster it is compared to 4G.

So far my only gripe is the fingerprint sensor is still inconsistant.
It works pretty good if I use my index finger but for some reason, it don't like the thumb very much lol. Nothing that would make me return it, it is what it is.

So here is my Ringke clear case. It is better than I thought it would be.

That’s the case I bought. I have always used either Ringke or Spigen cases. They tend to hold up better than the other clear cases which yellow over time. If you are going to buy a phone for its unique color, you might as well show it off.
Exactly I feel the same way and always my two brands that I go when buying a new phone.. Ringke is my favorite..

I could never tell the difference either on any phone that has that option. Most people swear they can, I’m glad I can’t. I usually just leave it on 1080p and take whatever battery bump I could get.

There has been a lot of complaints about the 14 Pro Max's battery actually. As for the P7P, so far, I don't have any battery complaints. I just finished a cycle with 18 hours of battery life with 3 hours of talk time and 7 hours of screen time. I haven't turned off anything like what you described and thus far the battery has been solid. Of course it's early on, but so far I'm encouraged.

I'm really enjoying the Pixel 7 Pro. All the bugs and issues that were there early on with the 6 don't seem anywhere near as prevelant. You will always have people with some issues, what phone launch doesn't have them?! But for me, not a single issue so far apart from the WhatsApp notifications which has just been fixed with a WhatsApp update. :)

Having the watch and buds pro and how it all works together is really nice. I've had that with my apple devices before and it is very handy having a little ecosystem of devices that just pair and connect seamlessly. Now i'm eyeing up a Pixelbook Go 😂.

I'm playing tennis tomorrow (play 3 times a week) so will put the Fitbit side of things to the test. I'm not sure what benefit it will provide, but maybe it'll be enlightening. Doubtful!
The watch is very comfortable on the wrist, I hardly know I'm wearing it. Looking forward to getting some more bands.

I really like the Pixel Buds Pro. They sound great, are comfortable and battery life seems stellar. I've used them a lot the last two days and still have plenty of life in them.
I also love the lemongrass colour!

I've just received my first trade in kit for my 6 Pro. So will be resetting that and sending it off. I will be taking videos of the phone going into the box! I've heard many horror stories of trade ins not being honoured!

Will try and get out and take some photos to test the camera properly this weekend.

I'm very happy that I upgraded. I think this one is running even better than my P6P.. I didn't have any issues with the other phone but this one is just tweaked better imo... Face unlock. Although not fully the way we want, it is perfect from when I'm in situations where I don't need to use the FPS.. FPS is quicker ..The screen is beautiful and fluid...I'm always happy using Google extras with dictation and call screening ..my first day with the battery was excellent as well including AA running for a few hours ...
