Put my claim for the watch in around 8am this morning and just had the text through to confirm it's now been approved.
Hopefully the 60 days is an over estimate on delivery!
Just ordered one. Granted it’s for my iPhone though. Hoping it arrives in a few daysAnyone ever tried a dbrand Grip case?

I do love this camera.
Lol you and me, same boat. It’s the one Pixel I am sitting out so far. Not because of lack of interest. College application fees are eye watering and so is my pwm sensitivity. 😝How’s everyone experience been so far? I’m especially curious how the signal, battery, and FP sensor have been compared to the 6?
Right now Google is offering the Pixel 7 Pro in a straight swap (almost) for the 13 Pro Max. I was interested in this phone at first, but the reviews seems shockingly positive so far. Figures the one Pixel I haven’t bought turns out to be the first relatively smooth one.
My husband and I had that problem with our Pixel 3XL’s. I couldn’t remember why I stopped using that phone and your post reminded me. My husband did use his a LOT though. He loves that Pixel despite its flaws. Sometimes it didn’t actually drop the actual connection but the sound would cut off for one person on one end. It was really puzzling and I don’t remember it ever being resolved. My joy was shortlived with the 7P. It started dropping calls (only outgoing afaik) within 1 sec of the other party answering the call. But not every call, And i couldn´t corrolate the timing to anything specific. To resolve it when it did happen i had to toggle airplane mode. Well google blames the carrier and carrier blamed google. Others in a local forum over here are complaining of issues with incoming and/or outgoing calls. Obviously not affecting everyone so who knows where the issue is.
But this whole game of blaming each other is a bit hilarious imo since the carrier in question seemingly has exclusive rights to sell the Pixels for a unspecified amount of time so i would assume there would be some level of extra care taken to insure a smooth entry since this is the first time Google offers Pixel phones here.
Maybe i´ll revisit the device later on if i see enough feedback from others over here that the issue has been resolved because i really enjoyed the overall experience that the 7P offered me.
Launch promotions seem exotic this year. Was this for everyone or just certain countries? I was happy enough with my Pixel Buds A last year, and previously with my Google Home Mini.So today can officially apply for the pixel Watch or pixel buds pro through EE. For some reason had to wait til 1st November
Apple took the right approach here in the US during our Back to School event in Sept. They were giving a discount on certain products along with a $150 gift card. The way they did it was to deduct $150 from the price of the product and charge the buyer $150 for the gift card. So if the buyer decided to return the item back to Apple, they essentially kept the gift card and was refunded the total price of the item, minus $150. That streamlines the process and I bet you are right that there might be a purposeful delay to avoid scams.Put in a claim for the Pixel Watch hopefully should get it soon as it has been approved already. I can see why they are delaying the claims for non direct Google Store orders. Basically it is to stop people buying the phone and then returning it within 14 days. (UK distance selling laws etc etc). Making a note of of the IMEI and details for the claim and then process a claim.
I’m so happy for you! It looks like you’re really getting to see the sights. I hope you continue to have a marvelous time! Thank you for sharing your photos with us.Photo of the statue of the three stages of love:
You look a little tired in this photoBeautiful photo of us:
Sounds cheesy but that's my main interest in upgrading to P7P from P6P.Launch promotions seem exotic this year. Was this for everyone or just certain countries? I was happy enough with my Pixel Buds A last year, and previously with my Google Home Mini.
Both pale in comparison to a watch or pro buds though!
This is likely just a user error. The person using the iPhone hasn't focussed properly. 😜From an article on the main page, and this is just absolutely stunning:
I don't feel like fanning the flames of the OS wars in that thread, but I think I would pick every Pixel photo comparison based on my preferences.
My guess was it's a point and shoot and the iPhone is using flash, whereas the Pixel is using Night Sight. This is likely just a user error. The person using the iPhone hasn't focussed properly. 😜
I was being sarcastic 😂.My guess was it's a point and shoot and the iPhone is using flash, whereas the Pixel is using Night Sight.
I want to upgrade my watch active, but what I don't like about the Samsung 5 pro is they are so masculine looking. They were not thinking about women, or more feminine options. Maybe the regular 5 with the purple band. I'll see if there are any black Friday deals this year.I have been on an iPhone 13 almost a year and ordered a P7P that should be here in a few days. I'm looking forward to it, but I'm like you, I will miss my Apple Watch. However, I'm looking forward to get back onto Android.
I'm interested in the Galaxy Watch 5 as well. I honestly couldn't care less about EKG (I have to have 1 every year for my job, so I don't need it on my wrist). I've had a Galaxy Active 2 in the past when I had my Note 10, but I wasn't real crazy about it. I assume with the 5 things have improved, but I know there are some features that are probably locked to a Samsung phone. I may just bite the bullet with a Pixel Watch, but we'll see.
