And is all of it inhabitable, or possible to be used for starching, and exploring and hiding?

A 'cat condo'? What a cool idea.
Yeah he can fit inside any of the openings if he likes. However, he mostly prefers to sit or nap on the very top, the penthouse of course. That's kind of what they call those things, cat condos. There is a 'two-story' condo in the bedroom he never uses, except to use it as a stepping stone for hopping onto my bed to sleep.

Excellent.

A heathy and happy cat.

So he likes to sleep on your bed instead of in, or on, his own cat condo? That's a great term, by the way; I hadn't ever heard of it or come across it before now.

I seem to recall that you mentioned that he just turned up outside your flat one day, years ago.

Oh no, Puma was given to me from a co-worker when he was an eight-week old kitten and we've been together ever since. In fact, today is his birthday! June 15th, was the arbitrary date I chose to celebrate it since I don't know exactly when it was. But I do know he is now 10 years old.

Ah, happy birthday Puma, on your notional 10th birthday. Enjoy whatever treats are in store for you.

Apologies - I don't know where I got the idea that he turned up and you rescued him; never mind, he is loved, has a great home, and was a gift. You've had him since he was an eight week old bundle of fur? Brilliant.

I made sure to give him his favorite cat treats and pulled out all of his toys from under the furniture so he can play with them. Plus he's being loved extra today.

Hm. I seem to remember you saying that he is an affectionate and talkative cat.

Well, feel free to post a picture or two of him playing with his cat treats, or toys. After all, not every cat gets to celebrate his 10th birthday, especially one whee is is loved and treated.

Here he is the very night I brought him home. He was so tiny!

KRAZY KITTEN UPDATE!

They're getting bigger, fatter, and more bold. Not even a week ago, they'd only rarely leave the safety of the porch off the little house. Now, they're regularly coming down the steps to the stoop at my back door, and I've even caught them waiting for me on the breezeway a couple of times. They're about the most friendly and hyper group of kittens I think I've ever seen.

Lovely pictures. And - yes - gorgeous animals.

Now, - to prevent a recurrence of earlier events - what are your further & future plans for addressing the issue of cat demographics, and what my French friends, years ago, when I was a teenager in Paris immersing myself in their glorious language while I stayed with them, described as 'contraception pour le chat' (they had the same issue).

No, agreed. They look disgustingly, infuriatingly adorable.

Le contraception will be administered 4 weeks from now, once the kittens have been entirely weened, and can go about without Caps being around. It planned out, worked out, and ready to be executed at the right time.

Not that it'll matter much, it seems. I've spotted another cat lurking about the property recently. Very thin and sleek, save for its overly large belly. I'm pretty sure I'm going to have yet more kittens to contend with soon enough. And unlike this group, I won't be able to get close enough to tame them.

Here
This is him subtly telling me he needs more food.

He lives on our back porch where he has his own human chair, bin, and several plush towels to sleep on. He's only in his inside cage at night (we have many wild cats that rome the area at night) or during bad storms. This shot was just prior to him going outside I think (judging by the towel condition).

What's funny is that he loves that cage. If we try to change it he gets upset and at night, if it starts getting dark he'll hop up on a bin and stare through the window until someone walks out there and then he'll run into his cage.
