Ok so I ment to take a picture but we ate these things so fast! Went to visit my mom's boyfriend's family and they said this place had some killer doughnuts so we had to stop.....We got a dozen and the flavors are outta this world, and so bad for you haha!

Here's a few we got: Blueberry Pancake Breakfast (the bacon made it soooo good), Nutty Buddy, Pumpkin Cheesecake, Chocolate Pretzel....

Burger King double Whopper Jr, no mayo. Today is the whopper Jr day for the daily value meal, so my family got one. It was extra warm today. :) The poutine was REALLY salty, it felt like twice the daily recommended sodium intake.

Made this the other night after a random stop at the Asian market nearby:

Thai basil, some random stock, lemon juice, shrimp, bok choy, bean sprouts, and some other green stuff.

Pretty good for dorm cooking using a Foreman grill and a rice cooker!

Ahh, I see. Well, there is one in London apparently. Might seek it out next time I'm down there.

Yes it's from Chipotle, check out their website! http://www.chipotle.com
Their ingredients are really simple.

I had this, but I plan on making it myself:

Flour Tortilla- wheat if you want it healthier :D

Marinated/Seasoned Grilled Chicken: I use a Great American seasoning (its for steak)

Cilantro Lime Rice: White rice with chopped up cilantro and squeezed lime. I'd make it in a pot at home with some butter. Then add the cilantro and lime near the end of the rice being done

Black Beans: Never made them but I'm sure there are recipes

Corn: I'd grill the corn while you're making the chicken. Corn takes longer than the chicken btw. Cut it off the cob and add it in with the rice.

Red-Tomatillo Sauce: Its a chile sauce, but it tastes like one you may find in a specialty market in london. It's called Chile de arbol, (Chilee-deh-arrbowl) Its red and has a toasty roasted flavor. It is hot though. I like spicy foods so you may wanna leave this out.

Guacamole: Has Avacados, Onion, Tomato, Salt, and Lime Juice. If you don't know hoe to make that just cut the avacodos in half, whack a knife onto the middle core to bring it out. Scoop out the avacado with a spoon. The rest just chop up chunky and mix in a bowl! It's also great with Tortilla Chips.

Hope that helps if you don't want to wait! I sure wouldn't :D

andrew k, you must live in the mid west or east coast. chipotle is ok in a pinch, but doesn't hold a candle to the real stuff.

No, I just moved to North Texas from El Paso, Texas which is on the border of Mexico, exactly where the real stuff is :D. About 40% of our restaurant business comes from homemade mom & pop places. I've had the real stuff for 20 years, especially from my mother. Chipotle does a few dishes but they do them well in my experience. I do miss Tortas, tacos, and enchiladas but I especially miss MENUDO! :(

i find tex mex to be ok. i live in CA. the mexican food here is very different. my wife is originally from the houston area and we also have a house there which we frequent several times a year. she loves tex mex and finds the stuff here to be just ok - go figure. :)
