it's a love/hate relationship with this ISP. They're local, so the furthest a call may go is 40 miles up the interstate to their main office, not India, they're reliable, and the download speed is decent, but they're expensive as hell and the fastest upload speed they offer on any of the residential packages is 256kbps, which as you can see, I'm not getting anywhere near.

where is the fastest net connection in the world??? like

around new york?? or maybe thailand/japan/china?
i hear that china basically gives their net away for free.

Fastest internet connection or fastest consumer, residential internet connection? Because the fastest connections are measured in gigabits a second and are all over the world (they make up the backbone of the internet and most halfway decent datacenters have a connection like that), but of course, no one has those in their home. Japan and South Korea probably have the fastest residential connection

by that i mean something that i can personally sign up to and get, at whatever price.

hhmm how does that slow DL work??? is it just the plan your on, or your lines arent fast?
