Cox Cable must of boosted my speed, I was getting 5mbps now Im up to 15.

I got a little speed boost today from my old 1.5 mbps down and 384 kbps up.

FIOS results. Seems to vary a lot between 20 and 35 mbps down and 3 to 5 mbps up.

OK my results were -

Download Speed: 1937 kbps (242.1 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 354 kbps (44.3 KB/sec transfer rate)

Pretty good for me. I'm using BT Broadband Option 3 and I get unlimited bandwidth for something like £26.99 a month. I use the connection wirelessly so I guess that slows it down a little.
