I've reached the upper echelons of Audiophile 'doucheness' haha. I'm actually a studio engineer, but these are just for on the bus/train etc.

Impressive. How do you find them? Would you recommend them for live stage performances?

They sound fantastic, and they are super comfortable, i've already been using some Moulded ear Plugs from them for a few months. I actually managed to get these at a silly discount too (should be around 700USD, i got them well under half that).

Stage use, eh, its a personal thing, i personally like using wedges, i find that In Ears make you loose some vibe, but you 100% play tighter with them...

But i like them so far.

Any of you guys run your headphones in? If so, for how long?

I usually break mine in for 200 hours before I do any serious listening. Breaking them in definitely makes a difference, same with speakers and amplifiers. That being said, I've been into to audio since the 60's. You don't have to take my word for it if you want. Just giving you my personal experience...

Hey, I'm with you. I also break em in for 200 hours. I keep a note of the hours in my diary. At the moment I'm breaking in my new B&W P5 series 2's. Already sounding superb! This after 65 hours

Fair enough, and thank you in advance. I look forward to reading your thoughts when you have received them and had a chance to listen using them.

Oh man I want to spew things about these headphones already, but I'd feel so irresponsible for doing it out of more excitement and less experience. Just a preview I guess; So far, you're going to get a great review on BOTH of these. For now, let's just say these headphones are like your own children. Very similar, but you love them both for same and different reasons. I'll type out a more specific review in a few more days as I use them.

What do you think about them? I'm looking for something to replace my CX300.

Really like them, I've been using them every day going to and from work. Getting better the more they are used. Really good build quality, especially on the cable. Inline remote is a must for me now.

It's a nice upgrade from the CX300s.

After almost two months of waiting! I ordered through a electronics store and they said 20-30 days because they had to import them. But it took almost 2 months! Customs here suck!

I love the headphones. Im coming from Beats by Dre studio and Sony blows them away easy! So comfy and the sound to me is great! I couldnt stand the Beats heavy bass. Im no audiophile so I cant talk about the technical details of the sound they produce, but I like them a lot! Oh and the packaging is really great and the minimal design is awesome.

What model are these and how much do they cost?

So I'm considering purchasing Bluetooth over-the-head headphones. My first ones. I want to be "budget conscious". Is there such thing as budget Bluetooth headphones? If so can you recommend some options? Thanks.

I don't know what your definition of budget conscious is, but I think $120 is about the cheapest you'll find for quality bluetooth over-head headphones. I have this pair below, as well as several over pairs of headphones, it is a good set with good sound and battery life, but the bass is lacking compared to many higher priced pairs:

Well I guess I'd rather not go over $200 If possible. Maybe that is what I mean by budget conscious.

Sennhieser momentum in ears vs B&W C5's anyone?

I have both. It's difficult to compare due the C5s being double the price of the MIEs. C5s are much better in the build quality. I use mine with some comply tips.

Personal choice I go for the C5s if you have the money. If not then the MIEs are very good for the money and are excellent. I'm still using the MIEs now, and have been for the last few weeks.

Nice thread !
Currently I have bowers and wilkins p5 and unique melody merlins

Purchased the JLab Omnis yesterday. Wasn't impressed with the bluetooth connection.

Took them back today and bought a pair of these:

Hopefully these are better, since they're more than twice the price of the JLabs.

Probably should have just bought black, since I plan on wearing them while i'm going to be sweaty.

nice one
