Just ordered a pair of beyerdynamic dt770 pro-80s, they should be coming in next week... i hope i can run them just off my mbp without an amp... i have my fingers crossed

I am very excited after reading some reviews for these headphones and they look very very confortable.

I own the 250 ohm version and I have to say they're unbelievably good. Much better than my Sennheiser HD 650's, and a bit better than my Denon D2000's. I'm using a headphone amp and CD player with mine. I think you're going to love them :)

Out of two stores I've been to, both have had a pair of Beats where one of the drivers (is that what you call them?) is completely dead, so I cannot consider those at all, I just know they are most likely to break - they also make a lot of noise for everyone else. I hate hearing the beat of other people's music, so I always try to factor this in.

I found a pair on display at the local Apple store and then found out that if you push the outside of the ear cup part, it turns the driver back on. I can't remember which model Beats this one was but I thought it odd at first but it would probably make it easier to listen to others talking to you without reaching for the mute or pause button...

Just bought the beyerdynamic DT 770 250ohm! I can't wait to get it in the mail! I will post pictures when I get it! I will be running the headphones on the cMoyBB v2.03 Headphone Amplifier.

Nothing extremely fancy, but they're nice I think.

Very nice.

These were on my doorstep when I woke up today. I've had them on all day, absolutely love them so far.

All day?
After one year or more I can't have my MS1i in my head for more than 2hours.
I've changed pads, modded them, washed them, it is better but still not top comfortable..
But the sound worth =)

I did wake up really late today, so technically I was exaggerating. I'm going on 4 hours now, I'm using a portable amp with my iPod Classic so I haven't had to take them off yet since I've just been carrying my iPod with me while I'm moving around. I have a big, odd shaped head and I was worried about comfort. I know it's different for everyone, but to my surprise these particular headphones I find extremely comfortable.

Bose

Finally got some good quality headphones. Used to buying Skullcandy's and having the Apple buds with various iPods. Loving them

I've wanted sealed full-size headphones for a while. I have in-ear monitors, but sometimes I just want a good set of cans on my head and nothing in my ears.

"Free" with Amex rewards points… :D

Rocketfish Bluetooth headphones to use with my iPhone when I travel. Since I use the Lifeproof case, I hate unscrewing the headphone cap protector, so I use the wireless headphones.

These headphones sound amazing! Not having wires is a huge plus as well.

Agreed. I use them as well and for the price ($50) they are really good!

Not exactly headphones, but I just got these earbuds on Amazon, at like 70% off.. The sound is crystal clear, but I'm not used to shoving earbuds as far in as these jobbies need to go to get good bass.
