My Earphones, They're Okay, Definitely Not Worth The Money Though, IMO, The Standard Apple Earphones Are More Comfortable And They Sound Better....

Hey, what do you think of the cmoy and how does it drive the dt770s? I have a pair of the 80 ohm pro ones and was thinking of getting that amp but im still on the fence about it..

If you mean the bundled earbuds sound better than dual driver IEMs then you're doing it wrong...

I have nothing but good things to say about this amp! You tell them what headphones you are pairing them with and they change out resistors and capacitors to better match the headphones. The amp is then tested and they send you a frequency chart for it! They definitely provide ample sound for the headphones :)

As much as I dislike them, I wound up getting two pairs of Skullcandy's. My previous set of Titans broke but the lifetime warranty granted me $40 in store credit to use. I got some crappy Ink'd Buds for work and an Icon 2 Abel High card. The Buds still sound like crap and one of the earpieces on the Icon is already loose

Those are awesome headphones, a bit overpriced maybe, and not exactly an audiophile product but if you're looking for noise cancellation, they're simply the best.
I completely agree. I use them all the time when I go into a study lounge or even in one of the rooms at the library. They make a huge difference.

Technics headphones are the best headphones heard i ever had. Some of the most comfortable and best sounding earphones I've ever had. I've had quite a few different pairs of earphones, these have lasted far longer than anything else (had them for three years) and they're brilliant.

Shure E4c, got back in 2007 - cables around ears have frayed, soldered them back together which helped for 6 months, one driver cuts out if cable repositions. Fantastic neutral headphones, could use a little more bass for my style of music.

Sennheiser HD-25-1 II Adidas - Just got these to replace my older HD-25's where the right driver blew from loud usage and likely dust from my Africa travels. Fantastic headphones, you see them in broadcast sports all the time, as well as on DJ's ears of course. Love the new styling, keep my old HD-25's for parts as everything is replaceable (however not purchasable).

I run my headphones through a presonus firebox. Sound is immensely better than built in headphone jack.

I've got some HD555s, which I really do enjoy. I would like a bit more bass, but for less than $100, they sound great. I also don't really need anything better than that, since I'm not nearly enough of an audiophile to appreciate the difference.

I highly recommend the Shure 440's. I own a pair, and it's my favorite out of about 10 headsets, even though it was a few hundred dollars cheaper than my most expensive pair.

They don't require an amp with an iPod or Zune, and the sound is very clear without a lot of artificial bass. If you've got the means, test them out in store to make sure they feel comfortable to you. I prefer over the ears when comfort is a concern. Good luck! :)

+1,,, these are what I'm using right now to hear some Alison Krause, Enigma, Allman Brothers, and Rush from my iPhone… excellent, crisp, vibrant sounds. Highly recommended.
