I have a malm, it's pretty sturdy

but I got a padfolio to fit a 5"x8" legal pad to take notes at rotations.

What if you put some more stuff in the backpack for a few runs and use it as ballast? Should make you stronger or quicker when you run with just the arm band

Had fun at BHPhotoVideo while in New York for vacation.
Canon EF-S 17-85mm f/4-5.6 IS USM Autofocus Lens, a lot better then the kit lens.

And another new 50mm since the other had been dropped by airport security.
