but I got a padfolio to fit a 5"x8" legal pad to take notes at rotations.

What if you put some more stuff in the backpack for a few runs and use it as ballast? Should make you stronger or quicker when you run with just the arm band 🙂

Had fun at BHPhotoVideo while in New York for vacation.
Canon EF-S 17-85mm f/4-5.6 IS USM Autofocus Lens, a lot better then the kit lens.

Pearstone hood, along with a 67mm Hoya UV filter.

And another new 50mm since the other had been dropped by airport security.
