Finally replaced my 4 year old spaceship Airport.

FINALLY!

Fido Retentions (the customer loyalty department) finally got these in stock, and although the first agent was just like "Nope, sorry, no stock," I called the second agent's bluff (I'm not sure if it's sexist but I find female agents far easier to deal with and far friendlier; probably not a good statement against the men at the department who seem to be stuck up hard asses) and finally got my iPhone 4 ordered. Latest guaranteed delivery is August 28th. I'm leaving the country on that morning though, so I better get it before then!

With my FidoDollars, I spent only $70 on the phone. :)

If you have a decent Goodwill or Salvation Army around you they are good places to check for cheap quality vinyls. I got a Japanese import Revolver Album on red vinyl for 4 dollars at my local Salvation Army, checking ebay the record in bad condition is worth at least $30. At those shops vinyls are usually around 1-4 dollars each and a lot are in really good condition.

Thanks dubels, I will check those places. I usually go to my local half price books, they have alot of used vinyl.

Thanks. I'll eventually own a great deal and will keep it in my entertainment room.

Looking forward to seeing what other albums you get. I will start posting the ones I buy

Four of these, Continental ExtremeContact DW Summer tires, 225/45/17. :D

If I had an extra $25,000...I'd take that 58 Stratocaster! That guitar is beautiful! Eric Johnson plays a 57 stratocaster, same thing basically, sunburst, glossy finish on the maple neck...awesome. Of course, one could also buy the Eric Johnson signature series stratocaster for $1,500-$2,500 and have a very close guitar to the 57.

So my Tissot watch came and I think it may be defective.

When I unwind the crown and it clicks once, then I pull it out once to change the date (by turning it anti-clockwise) the date doesn't change. I can feel it clicking as if it's about the change but ends up not moving. It moves slightly as if it's about the change but you can feel it just clicking back into its initial position.

If I pull the crown out to position 3 (to change the time) and wind the time around so that the date changes and then I go back into position 2 to change the date it works fine - but it seems strange that I can't just unwind the watch into position 2 and change the date straight away.

Is this right?!

But the sound won't be there;)

This is a fun thread, but it reminds me of a quote off $h!tmydadsays blog:

"Son, no one gives a $#!@ about all the things your cell phone does. You didn't invent it, you just bought it. Anybody can do that."

Simply kick-ass!
