How do you like your 40's? I ended up with Swan D1080MkII's, but I heavily considered the AV40's.

I love them but I am currently selling them to move to something smaller. I need more room on my desk and I just don't use them as much as I did when I first bought them. If you're in the market let me know. Mine are pretty much Brand new. In the pic above on the monitor I was looking for stock pictures of the rear to put on Craigslist.
Ah, perfect speaker placement for stereo sound...
I was waiting for someone to say something, lol, I know it is not correct, believe me, I heard them at the correct level and placement but I just dont have the space to position them correctly, its the reason I am selling them.
I cant use them the way they are supposed to be used so I might as well sell them.

they are quite good, nothing impressive, but way better than the mono mba speaker
there is also a firewire version, that is much powerful but, since my mac has no firewire port, I can't use them
I certainly appreciate the kind offer, but my Swan's have burned in quite nicely and I think I'll keep them around for a bit longer. You shouldn't have too much trouble selling them, though. I'd post them in the Marketplace here though - I bet you'd get some bites.
What type of wood is that? Walnut? I can't really tell from the pic whether that is a natural finish, or if the wood was stained.
The wood is pine lumber with a nice tique stain with five coats of lacquer gloss.

This is not my computer setup but it's half of my new setup.22" widescreen HDTV with HDMI and XBOX 360 Elite running off HDMI and the picture is great!That's the center channel to my new surround sound on top of the tv.I switch my surround around between my laptop and 360.

Pretty awful picture. I took quick before and after photos for a friend, because he didn't believe how messy I said my desk was (no, I will not post the before picture, haha)
