Well compared to everyone else my setup is not really impressive. This is my first Mac, it just showed up Monday morning. So far I love it so I thought might as well post it. This is a work in progress, I will shop for a stand for the laptop and will probably setup a switch so I can go down to only one mouse and use my Logitech keyboard. Let me know what you think. Thanks.

P.S. If you are wondering why I took the picture with the light off it's because my setup is like an ugly girl ........ looks better with the light off. But if someone wants a pic with the light on just let me know.

An upsidedown Acer screen? (Scratches head)

Yup. Like I said, its a temp set up till I get a VESA arm. Little known fact, when choosing display in the settings, hold option and you'll suddenly gain the ability to rotate an external screen. ;)

It's a Samsung PX2370. 23", LED, 1920x1080, Super thin. Great monitor.

Hey I saw this monitor and was thinking about getting it. I've heard there's some problems about colors or something while dual monitoring with it. Have you had such problems or is the resolution and color quality look good like I hope it does

Have the same thing on my wall :D

In my college apartment I was all the way up on the 3rd and 4th floors(inside the apartment there was a staircase leading to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom) and I had a bedroom on the 2nd inside floor, actual 4th floor, which was pretty much the attic and I had a slanted ceiling in my bedroom. I used to have the flag on the ceiling above my bed and when the door was open it looked really nice from downstairs. Just found some pics of it...here they are.

Please excuse the mess in the second picture, it was right after I had gone shopping in Dallas. Oh and all those bottles on the windows were empty for decorative/collective purposes.

PS: Forgot to include this in my first post in this thread, but the printer in the back corner on the 2nd pic is the HP Photosmart Premium Web. It is an amazing printer. It's completely touchscreen based and the apps that you can download on it are pretty cool. I just wish they had more of them. It's by far the most expensive printer I have ever bought, but I don't regret it.

Got anymore pictures of the anti glare in the light? doesn't matter if your setup is ugly (which i doubt it isn't) :p

My newest Mac setup... can't even fit them all on my desk!

Dell 23", 21.5"
iMac 27" mid 2010
MacBook 13" <-- would probably be the next upgrade

I really like the Dell 21.5" screen, the frame is symmetrical even when turned vertically (yes it's held up with blu-tack) and has a similar pixel density as the iMac. You can see me Googling the model number hehe.

Posted in the 18 & under one as well, but I figured I might as well post here too... since why not?

I know that one! :D

We ask that everyone refrains from reposting the same image in multiple threads. That includes the "Under 18" as well as "Post Your Mac Setup" threads.

We do realize that this will still sometimes occur. If/when that happens, please report it by clicking on the "Report Post" icon (

) and include a link to both posts. Thank You.

Nice. Welcome to the Mac! There seems to be more and more people switching over every day, and it shows in the figures. The Mac's market share is slowly climbing.

So here is my set up on the cheap. Let me know what you guys think! I'm also thinking of moving my Bose Speakers next to my printer with the Airport Express to save desk space. What do you guys think?

Nice setup! I suppose moving the speakers would be a good idea. The speakers are great, by the way. I always wanted some of those.

And after 3 hours use, I understand why :)

Brilliant, glad you're loving it!
