well save som space, more as in. some mac users like it without clutter and clean. so do i ^^.

for the ppl that seen my setup a few pages back. im improving more on it right now. ill be back with new pictures within a month or so :p stay tuned XD

I hardly think that two speakers and a laptop on a desk constitutes as cluttered for any stereotype of computer-user.

I just added this Razer Destructor mousepad. I like it!

Sort of like a evolution of my setup, but I'm almost too embarrassed to post up my "current" setup.

Messy: Check!
Visible cables: Check!
Too lazy to make it look nice: Check!

Here is my current setup. The table, apple cinema screen, speakers, mouse, and keyboard were all brand new purchases. My wallet took a beating last week. I still haven't gotten a stand or anything for my macbook because I am not sure what would look nice and not take up more space.

Hey, thanks! I'm heading to the apple store on sunday to pick up that exact model + an iPhone 4 and maybe an iPad.

How do you find the HDD and the machine in general? Is it quite fast/is the screen any good :p

I have to say that I love my new machine. The screen is beautiful, and I would recommend the Anti-Glare. The machine is really fast, battery last forever, I didn't really pushed the machine yet but opening Garage Band takes about 5-10 seconds, which is really good. I didn't have time to try games on it yet. What exactly are you going to do it it?

As for the iPad, I'm not a big fan of the iPad, I tried it and it was not my cup of tea but I can understand why people would like it.

Are those hanging ceiling lights hard to install?

I think the AG MBP looks beautiful. It took me a while to get used to the look, black keys and all, but now I love it.

The one thing that bugs me about it though is the gasket is black, I'd rather it be grey. Other than that however, it's brilliant.

yeh agreed there, would be nice if it followed the current "trends" of the MBP.

Agreed. Might be my next upgrade. The bezel looks great!
oh yeh, it does hey!

I agree, that is really the only turnoff for the AG. It just looks kinda like an afterthought with the black seal. It would also be nice if the AG surface was flush with the bezel

You can see them side by side here and I still think the Anti-Glare looks better. I even like the black gasket.

This is where I work. I have the i5 iMac controlling the 24 LED. The power from the LED always keeps my 17 MBP charged and the iPad goes straight into the iMac USB and the iPhones are charging through the LED USBs as well where they sit. It is a great clean set up for me and I truly do enjoy sitting down and getting things done here. Very lucky

That's a great setup! Where did you get the table from?

Well my dad is an electrician so I set it up with him in like 15 mins. It depends honestly. I used a transformer and ran a whole line and dimmer switch separately to it. If you are just looking to replace your existing lights though, you can just run a line to the track from your existing fixture and the light fixtures literally just slide right onto the track.

My current setup.

Still working on it.
