Which standing desk are you getting?

I'm getting one from Geek Desk. I got the Geek Desk 2.0. I could have really used the largest one but since I plan on moving in the future I opted for the medium size desk. Its enough room to fit both of my monitors and one of my external arrays so I should be happy with it. Its deep too which is important since I use a Wacom frequently.

Figures they come out with a version 3 after I order mine

Nice keyboard. Who's it by?

Its a Logitech DiNovo Mac Edition. Sadly Logitech doesn't make it anymore but you can sometimes find them on Amazon. Its my FAVORITE keyboard ever. Its not chinsy either like it looks on the packaging. Its very sturdy and heavy.

Very cool! I wonder how a standing desk would be like. Maybe I should consider getting one.

I'll be sure to report back once it arrives :D I think I will like it. I can move it to sitting level if I want with the touch of a button, I don't have to stand all the time.

It looks quite similar to the IKEA Fredrik that I am currently using. What are the differences, other than material/build quality? Price seems awfully steep.

Thanks! Yea, that sounds like a great deal. I've been having back problems myself, so if a standing desk would help, then I'd definitely go for one.

23"Apple Display with G4 Cube/OSX 10.7.4

I love those acrylic cubes. I was tempted to try and cram a mac mini in one.

That Acorn, is precisely how you get a Cube to run 10.7.4

An early 2009 mini literally slips into the Cube (vertically) and with 4 small plastic shims in place.......you have a totally functional Cube..

I found my first mac from back in the day (2005).

The G5 :) One of my most favorite machines. I'm contemplating buying a new Mac Pro if they get a refresh and ditching my mbp.

/louietran/7321870562/]iPad 2012 with Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard[/url]

Replaced the MacBook Air with the iPad + Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard since most of the tasks I need can be done on the iPad which is much lighter and the battery life is unreal! I wrote the keybaord review here: http://www.thegeeksoffice.com/?p=702

How do you like the magnetic connection on the logitech keyboard? Is it sufficiently strong to maintain a strong bond with the iPad?

This was my old setup when all I had was my 13" MBP from early 2011.

My question is... can you list everything in that picture?

desk, set up details... everything down to the books on that bookshelf....:p

let's see... in the pic you see:
- MacBook Pro
- Cinema Display 20"
- Lacie USB Speakers
- iPhone 4
- Magic TrackPad, Magic Mouse, Wireless KB
- Griffin Simplifi Dock
- Lacie USB Speakers
- iPad 3
- iPad Dock
- Red Smart Cover
- RainDesign mStand
- Moshi firewire adapter
- Ikea Micke desk x2
- books (not going to add more details :D)

Cute speakers. What are they?

I'm not the OP, but I believe they're LaCie Bobourg USB Speakers.

they are the previous generation USB speakers by Lacie. Only difference with Bobourg Speakers: they don't have the two touch sensitive buttons.

I'm liking the docking stands people have. Yours is particularly awesome.

What is it? :)

Rain Design mStand.

Link to the wallpaper? :D

here it is :)
