That's a Dell UltraSharp - not sure which model. I have nothing but praise for Dell monitors; excellent build quality and great picture quality. Typing this right now on one.
Moving to a new home Saturday. So everything is packed up for the move.

Ohhhh yea, they are indeed a lot smaller than they look. I bet they sound pretty nice though. I'm not trying to be a snob but I'm a composer and engineer. I bet if you find a way to mount them at ear level or point up, equal to the depth of the monitors, and throw on some music, you'd shed a tear because of the beauty it would add.
I'd take the stands off and place them on foam that will angle them upwards, on the top far right and left of the second tear, right under the outsides of the monitors, with the top of the speakers at the exact same depth of the monitor, with means the bottom portion, being angled up, will be out about a quarter inch further. I think it'd sound, but also look real nice. Then you will have a place for other stuff, where they are now.
what lighting did you use? I like it cause it's looks white and doesn't have a blue hue to it.
It's just stick-on LED lights from Walmart lol. I needed some more light because I moved my lamp across the room and it left my desk area quite dark

Do you have use for all of that or just a collector?
I use them when I work at home, but I could be as productive with e.g. 2 monitors instead of 5. Having the particular setup makes it more enjoyable, though!

Haha I thought I was having deja vu or something, seemed every time I got on here the same question was being asked about that one post.
It's a 24 inch Dell S2415H. I think it looks large because the desk is pretty small. The pics make it (the desk) a lot bigger than it actually is lol
