I'm thinking about it. I need to decide if a 1.83GHz Core Duo iMac plus a 15" iMac G4 and a BT keyboard is a good trade.

Is it?

Yeah I think thats a pretty good deal. The Intel iMac's are great machines, love mine to death. Plus, the iMac G4 is just a gorgeous works of art. However, you're probably going to miss having a portable Mac. Now that I've got a MacBook, I'm not sure how I would live with out one.

So do you already regret selling MacBook for PB? Can't say I'm surprised...

Wow! I love HDR images :D nice setup! I have the same speakers (SoundSticks II) connected to my iMac and they are awesome! :D

Valdore, amazing setup. I'm thinking about getting a refurb blackbook and getting a 23" cinema display. That looks sweet.

I have no remorse. The more items I split a computer into by trading, the more money I make. The more money I make, the cooler the computer I can buy, and the cycle repeats.

I fail to undertsand your logic...

You had a "cool" computer (blackbook) and you said it was too powerful for your needs so you sold it in favor of a slower system (PB). Now you say that from these tradings you earn money to spend on a "cooler" system, but did you already have one in the beginning of these operations?

Could you explain?

I think we need to hold an intervention for you. Your like addicted to swapping computers. It's like crack, but costlier (Maybe? I don't know what the prices are in todays crack market :p :D)

MacBook get's an occasional turn on the P275 for Photoshop, but otherwise I only generally use it when I'm actually on the go.

Um, sure.

I had the "cool" computer, but didn't REALLY like it and I didn't need all the power anyway. I sell it and buy a PB and a Thinkpad. The Thinkpad I sell. The Powerbook I trade for two computers. The better of the two I keep and use for a while. The other one gets sold.

With the profits, I build a custom PC and sell it online at a profit. The money from THAT- who knows were it's going.

The thrill is in the hunt.
