Tears, literally tears fall from my eyes looking at those pictures.
I hope to one day be that successful.
Before you shed too many tears, let me caution you that the success of a man is probably not best measured by the magnitude of his office.
I do like my office, and I am happy to show it off, and I hope others get something out of it--but there's more to life or success than a great office.
In some ways I would trade it all for a few folding tables and a dumpy office to be in a more "starving start-up" situation in the Valley. I miss the pure raw energy of building a company in that situation. I am a co-founder of a Valley start-up but when I'm only in the Valley a few days a month right now, I miss out on a lot.
So there's pros and cons of both extremes.

-- P.S. Just want to mention it has to be a GOOD start-up to be worth the swap. Working at a lame start-up with no customers, no prospects, no future, and a crappy office is the worst thing in the world.
