Gordy, that is the most inspiring setup I've ever seen. :)

Thanks.

I'm never happy with my setup there is always something I want to change. Though currently I'm very happy with it after the new macbook. At some stage I will be moving my office into another room in the house so I will have to have a proper rethink of how I do things. I didn't plan this one too much it just happened.

This is one of those times when I really like the look of the new MBP. Especially with all the other things in the background. How are the Z-4 speakers? I'm thinking of getting them, since I don't really have the room for the Z-2300 set.
The Z-4s are seriously a set of solid speakers. I've had these for a while now and have pushed them pretty hard yet they still sound as perfect as the day i got them. The sub is surprisingly powerful too.

I just wanted to say you have some really great art in that room. I like the picture of Times Square and love the picture of NYC's night time skyline as it was before 9/11. Still to this day when I visit NYC I still think something is missing in that spot I've never quite accepted it myself. Nice setup too.

I've made a few changes to my setup.

Firstly I've picked up a new Apple Macbook, which is an amazing little laptop. It certainly breaks new ground. I've also bought a Apple Cinema Display. It's also great. I'd love one of the new 24in ones, but they are bit too pricey! I've also got a new HP all in one printer.

What app are you running on the macbook showing the TV?

Thanks

Yeah, its amazing how much better it feels after you've re-arranged your room or even just your desk.
I think your desk has inspired me to finally build a desk. Got any more pictures of it? I'm definitely going to make something this winter, especially since I'm planning on buying a desktop to along with my Macbook. :)

If you don't mind me asking what do you do for a living? Are you into web and graphics development?

I've got a miglia TV Mini2 tv card which is hidden under the desk in my usb hub. They supply a program called The Tube for watching the channels.

Either slingbox or eyetv or pre-recorded.

The used to use EyeTV, but now provide The Tube instead. I think EyeTV is better, but I've never tried it.

I'm a Web Designer as well as an IT consultant. I work for myself. I do a bit of everything really.

The desk didn't take long to build, I've done two now. The first is mine the second was my girlfriends, however she now has a netbook so doesn't need the desk.

I did a short write up on the build here which may help you.

The gallery of the pictures is here

Hope that helps.

Thanks. I'm seriously thinking of purchasing a set, I just have to realize if I really need one.

My setup has changed a bit. Need to vacuum my desk before I post my picture. (and jerry-rig my old Nikon to work for 1 or 2 photos)

Here's my setup in studio. I'm just doing my part to counteract the super clean setups that seem to dominate this thread.
