do you live under a rock?
have you ever been to logitech.com?
doesn't the mx duo run USB? (at least according to CNet)

neut said:On PC PS/2 is not obsolete. it's how you interface with the computer before the USB drivers load. Like using the PS/2 keyboard to access the BIOS, for example.

So I don't know what all the other posters are talking about not having USB keyboards. Maybe they just have the USB to PS/2 adaptors on and don't realize they can take them off.
this is more a bios thing (not os dependable). It just depends on the motherboard u use. some will let you boot from usb devices, some will not. same thingneut said:are you running XP?
i don't think on 2000 this is possible. I don't ever want to run a windows machine higher than 2000. XP scares me enough; Longhorn is pure evil ...

Yeah, this is a BIOS issue. I use a USB keyboard with a Windows 2000 machine with no problem. You should find out the company who makes your chipset (the name on the screen right when you turn your machine on, or the name in the bios), and visit their website. They most likely have an update that will give USB boot support.neut said:are you running XP?

You've got my respect for not calling the Soundsticks "Soundsticks with iSub." Thanks! It's probably because you know your speakers. I'm hoping to get a set of studio monitors one of these days. What do you think of your Studiophiles? Also, what are those things sitting on top of the speakers?alangyssler said:Well, here it is...
