I think it has a lot to do with being used to do something...I always thought the Treo Pro's keyboard was to small, but after using it for a while, I have no issues with it

I've using touch screens since 2007 so I'm definitely used to it. Only thing that changes is getting used to different phones' keyboards. I can type just as fast on my hero as I can on a hard keyboard.

LG chocolate touch.the full keyboard is a little small.the camera is good and it has the better sounding audio(Dolby Mobile) through the headphone jack than any other phone i have tried.i got it cause of that feature and it was the only touch phone that didnt need a data plan

Love it but Rogers seems to be leaving Android users behind... I'll probably end up switching.

It needs to be tweaked (1.6, rooted?) to be just a tad speedier.

not that i'm zaap but i have the same phone, got it back in June. no problems, never needed it replaced or anything which is good since all my previous Verizon phones constantly broke. i haven't really used the browser besides for checking the bill (they recently updated the look of this page) but it definitely gets the job done.

my only complaint is the outside touch screen has a tiny delay, i only notice it because i have an iPod Touch which responds immediately, if i didn't have that i probably wouldn't notice a delay on the phone.

It's all usage.

I owned a Blackberry Curve for years before I bought an iPhone. I can type significantly faster on the iPhone now despite having it for a lot shorter than what I had the Curve for.

If you think about it, despite not being "physical" the pixel keys on the iPhone are larger than that on even slide-out keyboards (assuming you switch to landscape on the iPhone).

The size of the keys is not the issue people have, it's the tactile-ness of the keyboard. Get used to that and you'll type much faster, I certainly do.

not bad. in fact, I'm answering this post on it.

I prefer to use the inside screen and keyboard for surfing the web- then it works very well. the touchscreen with a lot of links is a PITA. same as bobfitz14- a little bit of delay on the touchscreen, but the 2nd screen pointer nav works great for me.

does using the browser a lot drain your battery faster? i notice when i open it up my battery automatically drops a bar, usually after a few minutes though it will recover the lost battery bar.

Nice little phone, makes a good companion to my E90 Communicator. Toying with selling both to get an N900, though.
