Sony Ericsson M600i 3G phone. Great phone, runs Symbian and has a touch screen and a weird keyboard that takes time to get used to, but once you have figured it out, you can type fast on it! 1Gb M2 card for the MP3s and videos. No camera, but that's not really important to me. Anyway, great phone :)

Haha, it does look like a great phone. Pretty much a white pearl :D. Except no camera. The keyboard is about the same- don't get me wrong it's a nice phone- but sony needs not copy people.

Actually, it looks like any other wide smart phone, as does the Perl. In fact, they both look like the ill fated Motorola Rokr phone to me :p .

Not everyone needs that, and infact, the person you quoted stated that it wasn't important to them.

Ah, considering this phone is thinner then the RAZR and about as wide, there is no problem with it's size. An, unless you work for a company that doesn't allow it- there is no reason not to have a camera on your phone.

Where exactly did I say anything about size?

I was commenting on your attempt to say the M600i copied the Perl, the fact is, it looks like many other smart phoes, as does the Perl.

On the camera subject, I am not arguing with you, I pointed out that Jeonat said it wasn't important to their needs.

This, looks like this:

In which lifetime? The pearl is much smaller then "most" smart-phones.

I have made my point, you still haven't. When you can prove that the Perl was the first phone of that style, I will retract my comment and stand corrected.

And again you have commented on size, something I have never brought up in this conversation.

I suppose you weren't referencing size at all

Touché

I guess I did open the door for size with that one.

But you actually commented on Thickness not width, so you never really argued that point anyway ;)

However the I still argue that originality in design does not belong to Blackberry.

Nope, apple came up with it ;)

Cool.

I'm still trying to figure out what to do --- whether wait for the iPhone or get a SK3 now. I'm also considering asking my brother to bring his Nokia 3250 home, (2MP camera, 1GB internal memory, cool form foactor) which he's only used for a week. I just need to know if it has full web browsing. Does anyone know? It runs Symbian S60 version 3.

Just got my first contract phone now i'm 18 and have a job! It's a Samsung D900 and I LOVE IT!

I have the m600 as well, but black. I love it
I can't get it to automatically sync with ical/address book though =/

And to that person who commented about sony copying blackberry pearl. This phone came out in asia waay before the bb pearl.

I have had like five phones this year it is unbelievable i think that i am going to settle with my current one now for a while.
I bought a Motorola V500 in January and then replaced that shortly with a LGU880, i then replaced that with a Nokia N91. I then downgraded and replaced my Nokia N91 with a Motorola V635 but i only had that for a short while as i could not do without 3G where i live. I now own a Nokia 7390 as pictured below.
It was a bit of a toss up for me when i was ordering as i never knew what colour to go with but i decided to go with the powder pink/cream one in the end and i am glad that i did now. I am not on any contracts so i buy my own phones when i need to.

Maybe you should take the money from your two razrs (which you need why?) and your 5 million back-up phones and buy one phone that works- say, a Blackberry 8100.
