I think you two might need to call them. Instead of "Attention", I have a box that says "Processing" with a check mark in it. I'd guess that means they have a problem processing your order.

Please call 1-866-499-8008 Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. EST and Saturday 11:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. EST.
Except the call hangs up when you call.
Today, instead of estimated time, the automated phone system announced "extended wait time... please hold"
The it goes "please wait"
And after 20 seconds: "we are sorry, we are experiencing technical difficulties, please try again later". Total time 2 minutes. Tried a few times, no luck so far.
