USPS says that my package was just processed at my local processing center. Hopefully I'll get it tomorrow. Based on my past experience with priority mail - I'm pretty sure I'll get it!

Did it arrive from Texas also? And are you getting updates from USPS main webpage or through the emails? Because my last update said it was in Texas about 9 hours ago. I bet AT&T has a discount with shipping from USPS as per our corporate discount. Wish we got FedEX or UPS instead

It shipped from Dallas / Fort Worth yesterday and arrived in St. Louis today. I'm pretty sure the terms of the contract between AT&T and USPS is that AT&T must use the USPS for all shipping to USPS employees. I don't mind that - just wished they used express mail instead of priority mail!
 
Well in true A&T fashion, again something weird has happened. If you remember, I ordered on the 10th - and have been given various stories as to why even today my premier order status page still had the 'will process shortly' message. Well I checked the premier page again just now, and it has changed. My phones show up now with a bunch of additional info, and a graphical status next to each one. In the status area there are three boxes connected by lines (as to show a timeline). The boxes are labeled 'received', 'attention', and 'shipped'. The received box is checked on both phones - and there's an exclamation point in the 'attention' box. The shipped box is empty. There's no explanation or legend anywhere on the page explaining what the exclamation point means. Any ideas? Does it mean my order is being processed, or is it saying there is a problem with my order?

Any ideas? I still get NOTHING from the main AT&T order status page.
 
I'm backordered. And pissed off at that too. My ATT Rep is a douche. Took 3 days to place the order. Shoulda been in on time.
 
okay, for people who still has no status whatsoever on their premier order, please try and call them. i called them earlier to cancel my order(backorder status for 5 days), so the agent pulled up my info and told me to wait a few minutes. the agent then told me that she can't cancel the order because my order has been processed and shipped, and that i will get an email soon. afterwards, i checked my email, and there it was a tracking info. i have a feeling that she just processed my order right at that moment i was on hold. maybe it was just a coincidence, idk.

too bad i couldn't cancel, because my local att store still had stock.
 
Has anyone with UPS had their phone arrive? Or do we all have our phones sitting in TX?

Mine's still in Texas, too. And worse yet, it had a scheduled delivery date of 6/22 a few hours ago. I just checked, and it said it's been rescheduled for 6/23.

I think you two might need to call them. Instead of "Attention", I have a box that says "Processing" with a check mark in it. I'd guess that means they have a problem processing your order.

The shipping information was accurate for me. AT&T received the phone on the 18th and I picked it up on the 19th. Sorry for the folks that got theirs gummed up. That really stinks.
 
Mine JUST arrived in Louisville through UPS, at 1:13AM. I'm hoping that it somehow leaves quickly and is able to get to my local UPS in a couple hours somehow, and miraculously they deliver tomorrow... i doubt it though.


And Bukka, mine shows up as rescheduled for the 23rd too... i highly doubt it will be later than Monday though.

Mine is now in KY as of 1:13 as well. You're probably right - hopefully it will be Monday at the latest.

Wow! Not only did mine change back to 6/22, as of 8:15 am it's in Detroit, which for me is the destination for delivery! I wonder if it will actually be delivered today. I'll also have to see if I can pick it up from there.

Still waiting for mine. Ordered Premier online 6/13, it shipped UPS 2-day air 6/18, still in transit with scheduled delivery on 6/22. Oh well. :(

What was it again? Denial, depression, anger, acceptance, resolution? I've gone through denial, depression, anger, and acceptance already. Just waiting for the resolution on 6/22. :rolleyes:

It appears now that FedEx failed to pick-up the box. Here hoping that the box is actually sitting in FedEx location in Memphis, TN so they still have a chance to pick it up today.

Otherwise, it looks like it might get rescheduled for Tuesday, Jun 23rd delivery .

The agony of ordering Online instead of going in to Apple/AT&T store...
