Well in true A&T fashion, again something weird has happened. If you remember, I ordered on the 10th - and have been given various stories as to why even today my premier order status page still had the 'will process shortly' message. Well I checked the premier page again just now, and it has changed. My phones show up now with a bunch of additional info, and a graphical status next to each one. In the status area there are three boxes connected by lines (as to show a timeline). The boxes are labeled 'received', 'attention', and 'shipped'. The received box is checked on both phones - and there's an exclamation point in the 'attention' box. The shipped box is empty. There's no explanation or legend anywhere on the page explaining what the exclamation point means. Any ideas? Does it mean my order is being processed, or is it saying there is a problem with my order?
Any ideas? I still get NOTHING from the main AT&T order status page.
