12.3.1 is working as expected for me with Premiere Pro, After effects and everything else so far. Thank you very much to everyone else who also called or contacted Apple about this.
But worse than Big Sur scores...Still better than 12.3 scores
12.4 is a big update it has 54 security fixes@flowrider 12.4 is out now, maybe that will fix it? *fingers crossed*
That could get better but still no where as bad as 12.3. I wonder what happened in 12.3?I've been running the RC, which became the official release for close to a week now. Slight improvement:

So it got faster you in 12.4? Interesting, my 16" 2019 also increased by a 1000 points in 12.4.Personally, and it is just my opinion. I do not like to put too much attention to Geekbench scores. I prefer to feel the system when working and decide if it feels slower or faster. Anyway I did a test before (12.3.1) and after (12.4) and here are the results:
