What is the battery life like on that one?

Also, I've seen videos where full screening Netflix / Youtube doesn't make it full screen, but the video stops right before it goes over the hole punch? Is that true?

Very disappointed personally about the imminent removal of the 3.5mm jack. Was hoping for this Note to carry it as the last great Note!
Battery life is better then my old S10 + but not by a huge margin, can get 9 hours SOT if I'm mostly on youtube.

Well they increased the size of the battery slightly and still have to accommodate the S Pen, so maybe there were some space constraints this time. I’m ok with letting go I guess. Dongles it is. Sigh.

Next year they probably remove the pen and usb charger

Grrr!

Has anyone registered for their ridiculous reservation to preorder? I haven't yet. Due to me always making a trade I end up never getting my phone in a timely manner. But I guess I'll do it to get the deals.

I made a reservation to order a few hours ago, but it does not obligate me to order. It just gives me $50 credit toward "eligible devices and accessories." Also promises some sort of amplified trade in value for my S10+ to be revealed tomorrow.

I did, but your not behold to it. I’m trading in my Pixel 3 for $600, plus the additional $50 off will bring the price of the Note 10 to around $250 if the rumors are true.

If I can find a better deal elsewhere I just do the preorder there.

I was torn between trading my S10+ and my Pixel 3XL. But I decided this was my chance to be rid of that @#$% Bixby button if the rumors of its removal are true. For some reason I accidentally press it more on my s10+ than in my s9+ and it was driving me nuts. I also don't need two Samsungs that are so similar. It would be cool to get at least $600 trade in value for it. I paid under$500 for it and got the earbuds and free cases. I'm also neutral on the size. I'd either want to go smaller (if it were to be my main phone) or larger for it to be my mini entertainment center and handheld computer. I'm leaning on the Note 10+ to be the latter for me. But I won't know for sure until I see the unpacked event and read a few first look articles.

Edit: in the leaked video posted awhile back it looks like the Bixby button is still there. Great.

So I just have to decide between the note 10+ and the S10+. I’ll have to wait until the keynote. I’m not happy about the headphone jack being gone on the note 10. There’s lots of times that I need to charge my phone at night and want to use wired headphones in bed. I like having options.

At the expense of better processor, battery and s pen?
The front camera of Note 10 also looks less distracting that the s10+
[doublepost=1565087625][/doublepost]I wouldn't upgrade from s10 to Note10 but i would choose the Note over s10

Same boat for me.

It is worrying the screen is so big yet the battery is smaller than the S10 5G. A shame we couldn't have just got the S10 5G + UFS 3.0 + S Pen and called it a day.

I like using wired buds for the same reasons you’ve said in various posts. But I have long wanted to get off the S track and back onto the Note upgrade path and this seems a prime opportunity to do so.

S10 5g not interest you? Note size screen, bigger battery than s10+ and headphone jack still present and correct

It's funny....but I think the S10 5g will end up to be more expensive than the Note 10

Thanks. I didn’t know O2 had this phone yet because it was initially exclusive to EE and vodaphone.
I only found out in passing the other day myself.

Side note, 02 seem really expensive compared to most other providers

They are aren’t they. However even the 5G S10 Plus is still £20 a month cheaper a month than I’m paying for my 256GB Xs max for the same allowances.

I’m with ee for my main line. £47 per month with my company 20% discount applied. That’s 30gb data and everything else unlimited.

To be honest the whole contract works out as £1128. I think that’s a good deal as the phone alone is £1099 from Samsung direct.

I am buying the phone outright. Peace of mind , no bills, no surprises, no call Centers....

Me too. My last times buying from AT&T were a mess. AT&T can find a way to mess anything up and be insulting while they're at it. They hire some really nasty people. Samsung Direct is no joy to deal with but AT&T reps have gone beyond the pale.

I'm surprised I can't find really solid leaks on this phone.

I definitely am interested in comparing the specs between the larger and smaller Note. My decision isn't finalized yet even though I'm leaning heavily toward the larger phone.
