Finally got a good look at all the different hands on reviews. Damn I love this phone. I love the stainless steel frame (first for Samsung) and white combo. I'll be buying two. The earbuds that come bundles are new AKG active noise cancellation, so I'm glad to hear they took advantage of the USB Type C port. There's just so much to take in with this phone. But I'm still waiting to see how power efficient the new Exynos 9825 is. I'm guessing there will surely be a difference between the two CPUs. When it came to the S10+, the 7nm Snapdragon 855 (TSMC FinFet) outperforms the 8nm Exynos 9820 (older Samsung FinFet). But this new Exynos 9825 is using the gold standard for making chips. Which of course is, Samsung's much more advanced, EUV manufacturing process. I hate being this picky as it's making me wait for the comparison videos, but I plan on keeping this phone for two years, and then on to the Fold. I like this hands on, gives an Idea of the camera performance.

Ok go figure. I tried placing the order from the link in my email on my S10+ and the Samsung store interface was a complete piece of poo. And the order would not go through. So I got my iPhone XR Face ID authentication into my Samsung account was instant. The interface was graceful and I could click on and see product details that were not working or just not available in my Samsung browser version. The order went through fine. I ordered a combo of cases that meant I couldn't use up $15 of my credit But I did buy a lot of cases and nothing else. I didn't want the Galaxy Tab. Already had earbuds. I really wanted the dongle but it didn't come up as an option to apply my credits toward. There was a fast charger available but it was actually the slow one I already have a bunch of.

Anyway got the cheesy rainbow mylar Note 10+ which I will cover in one of three blue cases and one rugged case. 256 GB AT&T.

Lol thank goodness for my trusty Xr. I'll be upgrading that to the 11R to get the zoom lens and any color other than intense retina burning yellow.

Did a compare on Samsung website and it shows that Note 10 is expandable via sd card. I chatted with a representative that told me that it does have a sd card slot. I am confused.

Nice, all I can do is reserve and wait for an email apparently.

I’m leaning towards the S10+ at the moment. I will decide by the weekend.
[doublepost=1565243383][/doublepost]The PC gaming feature looks good. I’m not a gamer and I don’t have a windows computer at the moment but for those that are I think it’s a good feature.

I will have to watch the new Dex features again but I’m not really bothered about connecting my phone to my computer. I need to see it again though. I’m more interested in turning my phone into more of a computer.

If any one remembers the old VW Golf advert "This is a man who married a sex kitten just as she turned into a cat, who put his money in gold just as everyone moved theirs out...." well I've just bought the Note 9 as I reckon it's still a fantastic bit of kit and with good deals now. Got the 512Gb version for £900

Finally got a good look

Just came out of Samsung store Melbourne central they showed me the dummy Silver and Black OH MY i can't miss this phone, the Black looks beautiful dary navy in the light, the front cam is less distracting than the twin cams of s10+.

They gave me $600 credit for my s9+ plus the wireless headphone if i preorder.

Irresistible phone with irresistible offers so will go ahead tomorrow:)

Woot! Just put in my pre-order, I'm getting the smaller Note 10 in black, got it along with a pair galaxy buds and the rugged case for less than $400 after trading in my Pixel 3 (which I got cheap during the Thanksgiving sale last year).

Been using my Note 9 again in anticipation, and its incredible to think the screen size will be almost the same but in a much smaller form factor. Looks like it's about the same size as the Note 7, my favorite Note. Can't wait!

All in all a disappointing year, especially here in the UK.

The price seems reasonable compared to other flagship phones, but in the UK if you want 512gb you need to upgrade to 5G and you are restricted to the Note 10+.

Furthermore, I am a bit gutted with the death of the headphone jack. I think it would have been more manageable if they included the buds or even the adapter in the box, but they don't here.

Also in the UK no pre order bonus at all, so for those not urgently needing a phone may as well wait a few months and save hundreds most likely.

I know it sounds petty but these few things are really forcing me to most likely ignore this release.

I am looking forward to playing with one in the store though, I do like the look of the bigger screen.

Is there any difference between the 5g and normal note 10+ besides the 512gb?

As on ee £74 100gb annual upgrade for the note 10+ 4g 256gb model
Ee £79 100gb annual upgrade note 10+ 5g model 512gb running on 4g network.

No difference other than 5G, however no one knows yet whether having the 5G phone impacts battery more than having the 4G phone, regardless of what you actually use.

Same. I think I’ll just go with the S10+ now.
I might consider getting the plus if the tradein program and extras are favourable.
My guess is the S11 will be a beast with the camera and hopefully they'll have the screen sorted, I don't want holes if possible, looks a ton better than a notch but that's not saying much.
I can get my head around no s-pen these days, headphone jack's aren't an issue for me.
I'm not paying full price for a phone anymore unless it's under 1000 NZ.
UFS 3.0 is what I'm really wanting, shame about the IR blaster sigh..
