What made you all (especially those who got the + model) get this device then say waiting for the note 10?

Also curious why the s10 over the pixel?

Just curious and making conversation :)

I still think if I'm gonna to go back to Samsung, I'm gonna go for it lol.

The buds have me a bit curious also. Are they loud?

Now days the + is damn near the same phone as the note, minus the stylus. In the past, the note was by far the better phone. Note 7 was way ahead of the s7 edge.

Note versus the plus model really comes down to whether or not the stylus is important to the user. I like all of the nifty tricks it comes with for sure, but don't find it incredibly useful after the initial tinkering for a few weeks. Not enough to wait on, at least.

Having owned both, the S10 line does literally everything better with the exception of the camera and (if you care) software updates, but the camera is still very good by several measures.

The buds are amazing. They get plenty loud for my ears. A+ purchase for me.

So battery life, all of a sudden, just got real for me.

I am the proud new owner of a refurbished 3rd hand Galaxy S7 Edge. Not quite the S10e i''ve been interested in, but I just wasn't ready to dish out almost a grand on my first try of a Samsung device. Consider this dipping my toes. One thing I'll say right off the top, Secure Folder is a game changer for me. Why have I not ever heard of this feature in reviews? Secure folder is like having a top secret and extremely secure second profile on the same device. How is this not talked about more among Samsung users or even tech reviewers? I'm already using it for pictures and various documents. As an Apple user, I've always been under the belief iOS is the most secure option, but the current iPhones have nothing like secure folder on this 3 yr old Galaxy S7 Edge. What?!? Consider my eyes opened, but there is so much here to still wrap my head around.

The one hand operation app has been amazing for bringing swipe from the left as 'back' to Android.

Feels like the last missing piece of iOS has finally been added to an Android phone and I'm loving it.
Ah dang only available for Samsung :(

Its unorthodox, but I put swipe to go back on the right side of the screen using OHO+, so that the phone was a little easier to use with one hand. I found stretching all the way across the display(I'm right-handed) to go back was a little difficult, especially since I use the back function a lot.

Yes Secure Folder and Dual Messenger is something that I love on Galaxy devices and is underrated.

Samsung's app said I was eligible for a free pair of Galaxy Buds. If I can claim that? Talk about an even better deal?

Sounds great, if not I will sell you mine for cheap. As stated previously I use AirPods, so haven't opened mine.

Just seen the £50 off the Watch Active deal in the Samsung Members app.

You've got to give it to Samsung for things like that. I have Gear Buds on the way which were a free gift, a great device and easily one of the best on the market, and now I have the option of getting a fair bit off their new watch just because I've bought an S10.

Utilising the offer for the watch would total an S10+, gear buds and watch all for just slightly over the entry level XS Max.

That's crazy.

Also If you have an old watch you can trade it in too

If my partner wanted to trade in her gear fit 2 and the offer would only cost £119 bargin really

They offer some stupid prices for the Apple Watches so I'm definitely not parting ways with that as I know I'll likely return to iOS for the next iPhone. And my upgrade is due then too.

Even without a trade it's still a bargain!

Well yeah would never trade the apple watch with Samsung. I. Got £300 for my series 4 on gumtree though
