Neither! Lol but I uninstalled good lock and it still came up.

hmm. Is it when it's still plugged in but fully charged? I know I get a notification when that happens but I've never seen my lock screen now that I think about it. I usually just bypass lockscreen from AOD with my thumbprint.

GM, I assume your order is on hold because both your husband and you are doing trade-ins. If so, and your husband's trade-in has been delivered to Samsung's processing center, try giving Samsung a call and asking for the hold to be released so your order will ship.

I think it can take up to two weeks to process the trade-ins. You shouldn't have to wait that long for your new phone.
The trade in was processed and the hold was released. They just don’t have Flamingo pink. I tried to order the regular S10 just to see when it could get to me and everything is backed up to a shipping date in April.

My original ship date before the hold was put on was March 15th. It was never going to get to me particularly soon after my preorder.

I think they should compensate me for all of this nonsense by sending me an autographed photo of D.J. Koh choking Phil Schiller with a pair of wired earbuds. Signed: “To Grumps: Courage! Love, D.J. Koh.

So weird. It has a setting that you can turn off. I also earlier clicked to view stats and it took me to the system battery stats. Hopefully turning it off will do the trick.

No movement on my Watch. Supposed to be free next Day delivery meaning it should be here tomorrow.
However I've just had an email now to say they have my order and it is in hand haha.

I'm in no rush for it, but they're not speedy at sending these things out. Between this and the Gear Buds I'm getting impatient lol.

Has anyone relieved their ecertificate yet? It's been 14 days since my phone was delivered. Figured it should be emailed today.

Oh I was mistaken about the hold being released. My husband said it's not released. The Samsung reward points were what was released finally for his purchase.

I am reading of S10+ connection problems on Sprint and AT&T. And this may explain why we had a dropped call between us and he didn't get an MMS that I got that a mutual friend sent to both of us. Verizon customers seem unaffected. Not sure about S10E and S10.

So I'm guessing it's good that my phone is delayed while they fix that.

Edit: he says he did eventually get the missing text. Great he didn’t tell me until I made that post. Sigh.

Looks like “you’re holding it wrong” has made its way onto the android platform... at least on T-Mo, Sprint, and AT&T with the S10+. Oddly enough the article says using a case helps. So weird.

They haven’t said if this affects the S10 / e models though.

Some random commenters on the different sites have said it does affect the two smaller model as well. It reminds me of the XS Max all.over again. My husband and I had similar issues.

That's so weird. I have US Cellular and I've noticed way better signal than I had with my iPhone XS Max.

I'm shocked!
Clutch those pearls!

I used to be with Sprint gosh...about 24 years ago. My very first cell phone was with Sprint. It was a Nokia. I forget what model but it’s in storage somewhere. I could only turn it on to make calls otherwise the battery would die because the standby time was barely two hours. I had to wear a pager along with it. They had decent customer service in those days and I liked them.

I’ve been on T-Mobile many years ago, after Sprint. They had excellent customer service and horrible coverage. I never had Verizon for a phone but had them for an iPad for a little while. My dad has Verizon since he used to work for them and has an employee discount. He’s not fond of them.

I have been with AT&T the longest. Terrible rude insulting customer service and mediocre to good coverage.

The carriers still have too much political clout.

Still no movement on my preorder. Unfortunately my husband won’t have time today to call Samsung. If there’s still no movement at the end of the day I will cancel.

You are a lot more patient than I would be, especially since you can walk into pretty much any carrier in Seattle and pick one up on the spot.

I'm on day 5 of my 10 day challenge. Review and decision to keep it or go back to the iPhone XR is happening next Monday.

So far I'm heavily leaning towards keeping. The big test will be this coming weekend as I have my kids. The one thing I haven't truly been able to test yet is the camera and weeknights are a track meet with the kiddos. If the camera passes the test then I think I'm staying with the S10 +.

I have an S10+ on AT&T and reception for me is better than the Pixel 3 XL and the iPhone XS Max I used to have.

Actually, most of my area has the fake 5Ge stuff, but as soon as I get a mile or so close to home it goes back to regular 4G, but I suppose it will reach up to my house soon.

I didn't have any of the reception issues like others have when I still had my XS Max, so I guess I just live in a good area for AT&T.

But reception wise, the S10+ has been a beast so far for me.

Well I had wanted the $550 trade in and free ear buds from the preorder deal. I can still pick up an S10 with trade in. I may do that...go for the smaller phone. Or S10e. There would still be a wait because I still want pink. It’s not that I am in a rush but more trying to balance my collection of small and large phones.

My wrist pain is also pretty bad and using my Xr is agony sometimes. It fits in my pocket great but is so heavy. So much now is keeping me away from iPhones in my future. They are heavy and the OLED ones make me sick. I love iPhones. This is not a happy thing for me to need to break away from them for such crazy health reasons that few other people have.

GM I applaud you, a lessor person would of popped down the road got a S10/+/e to play with and returned it pending pre-order option etc

You stuck it out this long :) shame not to see it through :D

Might only have 3 hours SOT but I took it off the charger 41 hours ago and 21 hours has been 4G only.

I've found no matter what settings I use, I have to force close the Samsung browser, otherwise it'll keep using battery in the background.

I definitely prefer having to play around with things to see what works best. Rather than the same old of iOS.

Really quite disappointed in my experience ordering from Samsung for my Watch Active.

I placed my order on Monday evening and the watch was in stock. It is still in stock and has been in stock since I ordered it.

The delivery was automatically set to free next working day, meaning it would come today.

Last night I went to check my order status and when I logged into my account it didn't show me as having any active or previous orders. So I called them to check it was ordered and they fobbed me off saying it's ordered and it'll be delivered tomorrow (today) so I said no problem - just checking.

Fast forward to today. Nothing has been received. Managed to now check my order status and it is showing as 'preparing dispatch'.
Strange as it should have been dispatched well before now.

So I called them again today. Extremely unhelpful.
Couldn't tell me why, couldn't really care less attitude on the phone.

They said it depends where I am in the queue for dispatch. I said what kind of answer is that?
He said delay has been big for the Watches so I said then why stock still showing on the website - surely you'd be able to tell me if there was stock shortages? He just ignored me and said you will get it tomorrow or Friday. So I said well when will I get this. I should have had it today why hasn't it dispatched. He just said you will hopefully get it before the weekend.

I gave up. Terrible experience. Awful customer service. I don't actually care that I don't have it and am waiting on delivery, I just want to know when. When the website shows as in stock and has done since ordering, there's no reason it shouldn't be here. The fact they can't tell me anything is baffling.

Not good at all.
