My Galaxy Buds show no sign of shipping or arriving, not that I am surprised in the slightest given my experience with this company the past week.

That Huawei P30 is looking more and more tempting!

Mine were supposed to be included in with the phone. At the time my preorder was placed there was no backorder. But according to information my husband got about what is shipping out to me, there is only the case we ordered and the phone itself. No mention of the buds. If they try and say my order went passed the “while supplies last” fine print because it’s shipping out now, I’ll be furious. But my order is supposed to be arriving tomorrow. So we shall see. Assuming I’m home to sign for it.

It figures that I’d have someone at the house today and Thursday to sign for it, but it’s supposed to arrive Tuesday.

Wow, yesterday I found a pair of wired earbuds at Target that should match my new flamingo pink phone. Best of all they sound fantastic and cost only $5. .They sound much better, actually, than my lightning Beats wired headphones that cost more than ten times as much that I got as a gift to match my Xr. And they sound better than all of my Bluetooth buds I own that cost well over $100. Wow...$5.

I am so glad Samsung still includes the old headphone jack. Though I doubt $5 buds will last very long, I have sturdy wired options that last for years and therefore are better for the environment. They're affordable for all. It makes me sick when I go to the other part of the forum and see Apple praised for "moving us into the future" by getting rid of the "antiquated" wired earbuds and headphones. Talk about drinking the Koolaide.

Everyone was fine having both options available until Apple decided on this path to upsell everyone on Airpods and Beats wireless stuff.
What brand of ear buds did you get? For $5, I will stop by Target and check it out!

It’s called heyday. Not capitalized. It sounded pretty good through my S9+ last night. Granted, I played only a couple of pop songs. They come in a variety of colors. Red. Hot pink. Coral pink. Mint Green. Blue.

So I have to be honest, I'm not digging my Galaxy Watch all that much and I am missing my Apple watch.

But I don't really miss my iPhone...

The S10+ is a great phone and I adore the screen, but I hate the curve of the screen.
I am getting a LOT of false touches. The biggest offender is when I try to amend the brightness on my display, or when I hit the volume keys (it is NOT a 'rocker') :p and then use my hand to slide the dial thing up / down.
It is a 2 handed operation. It's anoying because I can do it one handed, but if I try to I just register a touch somewhere else on the screen due to how I hold it, which is annoying.

I didn't have this issue on my smaller S10, but overall I prefer the larger display.
I even have Edge Touch on and it doesn't seem to really prevent it.

The Watch, well I love the design, feel on the wrist etc. But my phone which is 100 metres (maybe less) away outside in a locker can't connect to it, so it's pointless 5 days a week.
I did presume this would be the case, but it still kinda sucks and has made me question my phone and watch choice for the first time since fully switching. I also do believe that the Apple Watch is a more premium product, both in software and hardware - but of course as the price reflects that.

I didn't miss my Apple Watch really until I started using this Samsung Watch as a replacement. Now it's making me hanker for it during working hours.
Why it can't just connect to an Android device!!

Did you have the apple watch on data? Can see why you miss it if you depend on that. I don't miss my apple watch as the apps I used it for I can get on the galaxy watch but can see why you have an issue if you don't have your phone with you all day

Yeah I had cellular on it. It was incredible really. One day I left my phone in its locker and left the bulding, drove to another building for a meeting (same business park but different building) and the watch just pinged away with any notifications.

If the Galaxy watch had cellular, it'd be a different story but as it stands it's almost pointless. I hoped it would stay connected from the locker but sadly not.

I will say though, one area that the Galaxy Watch really kicks butt is native sleep tracking. I totally forgot it was there until I slept with it on last night. It was pretty accurate too.

My regular S10 has shipped for delivery tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing how it is compares to my plus. Like Aneres11 I was getting quite a few false touches and felt I was always shifting the phone in my hand to avoid the rouge inputs. Almost dropped it a couple of times.

I too went from an Apple Watch S4 to a Galaxy watch (the 46mm one). Whilst I like it, I feel it’s not in the same league on a usability and general level of refinement. It’ll surfice for now though.

I might put a call in to my mother in law who just so happens to be quite high up the pecking order at the company scheduled to deliver my Galaxy Buds. It would be nice to know if they have even received them yet.
