Please let this beauty be real and please let it fit my wrist. I know some people will hate losing the rotating bezel but the thing that has me excited about this is due to that sleek styling, even if it's as big as Samsung and all Android watches typically are, I could still wear this. And it's gorgeous and would have just enough functionality to suit me. I don't need a feature for feature replacement of my Apple Watch. But with something like this on my wrist I could go fully with Android if that's the path I decide to take for awhile.

Yup, just saw this myself. I won't be giving up my S3 Frontier, as I think it's perfect, but I'm interested in a second watch to switch to on occasion. I'll definitely be checking out the black one. Very slick minimal design.

And here's Samsung's Powershare feature (reverse wireless charging) in action, charging the new Galaxy Buds. And unlike Huawei's 2W charging, Samsung's reverse charging is said to be at 9W. If true, then that's almost twice as fast as Apple's stock charger for the iPhone. How embarrassing. Only thing more disgusting than a company to charge premium price for such dollar store hardware, is a consumer thinking its OK and rationalizing the greed of such a company to do so.

BTW, current rumor is, you get a free pair if you
pre-order.

I'm really excited about the powershare feature. How many of us charge our phones at our desks at work? How convenient it would be to use use your phone as a charging pad for your Galaxy Buds at the same time while your phone is charging. Or if the 9W charging power is true for the powershare feature, a quick 5-10min of top up on the go would be awesome. The launch can't some soon enough.

I'll definitely have to stop myself from buying one of these.
I'm not even going to try to stop myself. I may not be preordering any phones but I have phones all ready to be paired to that. They are gorgeous. Perfect for men or women or anybody looking for a simple clean look.

I've had two Samsung watches so I know I like the software. Mine were always just a bit bulky on me.

These will likely still be oversized for my wrist but again, without the usual bezel, it won't look awkward. I've worn large analog watches of this style before. Love it! I can't wait to see these in person.

I don't need a ton of features. What these are rumored to offer will suit me just fine.

They do. I hope I can wear them comfortably.

Lol you can tell I'm excited. I am repeating my earlier post. Lol. Sorry. This watch is basically what I've been waiting for on the Samsung/Android side of things.

I like how robust my Frontier is.
I give it death, it's a little beat up, coating has a few scratches but the screen is mint.
Considering the work I do, its surprising.

I might grab one of the new watches when the new Note comes out.

Yes that’s the kind of thing that I think reverse wireless charging is good for. Not charging other phones but other devices like earbuds or smart watches.

Canary Yellow S10E . Proper credit to the actual photo here on Twitter

I do like it. I enjoy the yellow of my Xr. I'd consider it if I were getting the 10 E just for the unique opportunity to own two bright yellow phones at the same time. But wow, two yellow phones.... Not sure my retinas could take all that. My favorite so far is pearlescent white.

Anyone care to guess the take rate on the phones? I feel the S10E will sell the most not because of the cheap price but the logical use of a flat screen and the improvements being relatively the same across the board. I just wish they offered a high end flat screen and not only curved edges.

Didn’t Samsung say that the s6 edge and the S7 edge outsold the S6 and S7 which was their logic for going with curved displays on their flagship phones?

However maybe people are tired of the curved display now.

That's what they claimed. I'm inclined to believe them mostly because curved screens are tougher or were tougher to manufacture. I vaguely recall what features the edges offered, but I knew few people who bought one and used those edges. I've got fairly large hands but the curves get annoying in terms of feel and usability. The active models supposedly have a flat screen but I've yet to see one. I've never come across someone who had the active version of a Galaxy phone. I want to say the S9's curve is less than prior versions but I don't have anything to measure the curve angle on my old phones. It feels less but I might be imagining things.

If the S10 e has the same wide angle lens as the other two as its extra lens, I might find it hard to resist as my first choice. But if it is the standard zoom, there's no point in undertaking the expense of trading my S9+ for that. My S9+ is still a great phone. It's the wide angle lens upgrade I'm interested in. The side bezels make the S10 e look a lot like my Xr. I hope it's not as heavy.

When you use case like the Samsung LED view cover the edges are even less pronounced and I like the fact now with Pie you can also have the always on display active (tap to display is my preference) where before the case auto disabled always on which I thought was a shame

Any info on whether the S10E screen will be AMOLED?

According to Android Central it will be.

I can’t stop wishing for the watch to be released already.

Just finished looking at the AC forums. It’s really dead over there on the S10 thread. I see a lot of negative comments everywhere on the hole cutouts. People really are badly burnt out on smartphones at this price point.

Huawei and OnePlus are where the excitement seems to be in terms of positive statements and outlook.

I’ve just done my grocery shopping and I usually make a list in notes on my iPhone and then make sure I get everything as I’m going round. Annoyingly I have to keep logging back into the phone after it times out and I was thinking how useful the always on display would be for this because you can pin notes and have them on there.

Same happened to me yesterday at the grocery store :) That would be a great solution!

My retinas just gave me the finger.

If it was the darker yellow as in the wallpaper on the front, I’d consider it.

Lol. How do you think I feel? I own a bright Pikachu Canary Blondie yellow iPhone Xr. :D

I've got sunshine on a cloudy day. When it's cold outside, I've got the month of May. I guess you'd say what can make me feel this way... iPhone! Talking bout my phone.

Actually the yellow XR looks nice enough in person. It's hard to tell from just a photo of a render no less, but the Samsung version looks a bit more yellow highlight marker color with a slight hint of neon glow about it that's a bit greenish. That might be a bit much even for me.

I am pretty sure I'm not up for a second yellow phone.

Usually, knowing there will be other colors released later in the year I would be eager to know what they are. But I am already quite sold on the pearl white color first and ceramic white second. If pearl white is released in the US I will be quite happy.

I am glad you’re having fun with pikachu phone, I wish the battery was behaving for you.

10 points for making the My Girl lyrics yours.:)
My phone..wooooo ooooh....

I’ve seen the coral XR in the wild, but I didn’t see the yellow on display at my usual Apple store. Colors are fun.

I’d love a deep hunter green with copper accents.

Sammy releases different colors later in the year? Uh oh. I like the pearl white and the green.

I am not looking to upgrade right now, but eventually, yes.
