Good on Samsung for not going cheap on the display.

Watching this video by zone of tech and he says you get a free clear case in the box and accessories are colour matched to the white or black models.

I wonder if they have them on display at Carphone Warehouse or 3? I’ll see if I can see them tomorrow.
O2 have them on display.

Oh I'll go down to o2 then. Have you seen them yet? What's the size like compared to the max?

I made my decision. I am going to pre-order the S10E in Prism White. The extra hassles with the curved display plus the extra cost isn't worth it imo for the S10 or S10+.
I think Samsung got it right with the S10E, they omitted the telephoto lens which is a good choice (i much prefer the super wide angle), it still has a 1080p display and is OLED and the Side FPS is still more than adequate, other then those 3 things it's the exact same phone. That being said i preordered my S10+ the day it was announced, i need a big screen :)

If money wasn't tight, I would consider the S10+. But even if I made 6 figures USD, still would be tough spending 1% of my income on a phone.

If they made the S10E with the larger size screen i would be all over it.

What's larger to you? 6.5"? I chose my XS Max over the XS for the higher resolution display and larger battery size. But when the XR came out, I kinda wished I had the XR.

They got rid of the haptic homebutton :(
I wonder why, that was actually a nice feature to go back to home screen.

Maybe the fingerprint scanner got in the way.

It’s funny when I first got the iPhone X I felt Apple should have blacked out the top, but now it looks weird with a wallpaper that hides the notch. Its better to just embrace it, I wouldn’t hide the hole in the S10.

I don't mind the S10+ "rental" until we see what Apple rolls out in 7months or so.

What I don't think I can do is pay full price for a Sammy device when they routinely lose their value faster then any of the other major flagships almost instantly.

I do like the free buds as an offer. I think I saw somewhere buy one, get one but have never done that and assume you can't sell the 2nd one?

But I will admit, man that is a beautiful phone.
I not so sure this is true especially outside of USA

Buy a Sammy phone normally guaranteed >50% trade in after a year, early adopter bonus circa $150, so on a $1000 Galaxy you have lost $200-250 or buy after 6 months of release on offer and same same result re discount vs early bonus.

Buy an Iphone around $1000 no early adopter incentives, worth $700-750 after a year but go anywhere near AC to maintain a higher resale and you are way down.

What’s the difference between an unlocked Galaxy and the T-Mobile version?

The T-mobile version is software branded, the unlocked version is not. The difference might be Wifi calling and other carrier features might not be available on the unlocked version.
