You can't tell the difference between the two? Did you even look at them? Because they look nothing alike.
It’s interesting how much buzz the S10E has, yet there aren’t many videos about battery life, camera performance, screen quality, etc.
I really want to see a Snapdragon 855 speed test vs the XS and battery comparison between both phones. Forget the XR, it’s too compromising to be compared to the S10E imo.
Don't feed the trolls.
Probably got to wait until the pre-orders start shipping to see those comparison videos.
Someone was saying Samsung phones are only good for stationary pics (not motion) to your question. That video says otherwise....
[doublepost=1551127654][/doublepost]Look how stable the video is on the s10+ v iphone as the guy was running
Will come with factory installed screen protectors, pretty smart move until makers can get screen protectors working with the new fingerprint sensors.
I always cover the front camera for privacy and security reasons but now it will be hard to cover with s10.
Whats your current solution ? and how do you think it will be hard with S10 ?
Don't feed the trolls.
That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. No sane in person in their office out of billions of people in the world, would be interested in watching you 24/7 walking your dog or whatever. I'm assuming you don't do that with an iPhone?Currently i buy those small round stickers and cover the front camera.
With s10 it will be hard because there is no bezel to stick to. S10's front cam position makes it hard too.

I'm really craving for S10 Plus.
I own an iPhone Xs Max and the thing already feels so dated and basic.
And in 6 months people will be saying the exact same thing about the S10 and going to whatever iPhone / iOS 13 combination is being released. It happens every single year.I'm really craving for S10 Plus.

Uh, no.
iOS 13 will look like iOS 12, which looked like iOS 11, so on and so forth since iOS 7. And even that's no different than iOS from 2008.
The home screen still looks like someone left the app drawer open permanently. And it's 2019, and twelve years later now you still can't move and place an app icon anywhere you want on the screen. F iOS.
I'm not much of a Samsung fan but no new Samsung will look dated next to a new iPhone.
Sounds more like you have some pent up anger than anything else. Just calling it as I see it, and have read over the years in the forum. But hey, to each their own.
IPhone hardware are third party parts. You do know I'm half being a smart-ass joker here.
But really iOS looks no freaking different than it did 12 years ago turn on an iPhone XS Max or turn on an iPhone 5 or an iPhone 3g, I can't even tell the difference. App drawer left permently open with lame icons, that haven't changed in design maybe once in iOS 7 ?
Different strokes, for different folks, I say.
I do think Apple makes the best hardware out of anyone, and designs a beautifully crafted piece of art for their phones. But the software is pure ****
And given the character swap on that person's handle...Don't feed the trolls.
You seem like criticizing the way Android works based on your biased opinions against the iPhone. The S line feeling cheaper than the Note series? The are made from the exact same materials as their generation. I'm not sure if I take your review serious or not but iPhone isn't made of any magical metal. Metal is metal, ceramic is ceramic. Nothing that had been coming from Samsung since the Note 3 has had "cheap" written on it.Ok so I just got back from Best Buy checking out the s10+. My initial impressions are as follows:
Physically the phone is light and materially unimpressive, save except for the front glass screen. Honestly, this phone aesthetically speaking is not the iPhone equal. Everything but the screen felt cheap. If that's metal on the sides, then it must be very cheap metal cause it feels like plastic. I would say the Galaxy Note line is more materially and
aesthetically close to the iPhones than the S series. It honestly felt cheap, except the screen if I'm being honest.
One UI is not as smooth as iOS. YouTube takes like half a second to rotate. As much as I watch You Tube and go back and forth between portrait and landscape that would drive me nuts.
One UI gestures pale in comparison to iOS. Ex. When you bring up multitask you have to use the home gesture to exit that function; you can't just tap off anywhere like iOS. Pulling down twice on the notification center seems counter intuitive to me as well. Also, Android is still choppy; especially noticed coming from an iPhone.
I don't see how anyone who is into
aesthetics could possibly even think about picking galaxy s10 over iPhone. It's like Fischer Price vs Tonka.
Split screen was nice to play with and so was pop out window. Of course the Always On Display was present and added a nice touch. I can also confirm the phone does have tap to wake.
In closing I see why several reviewers said the phone seems light... Cause it feels like plastic. Again, I hope the s10 succeeds and does well, but no way am I giving up dual sim, buttery smooth iOS, stainless steel, and the best supported phone on the planet for this galaxy iteration. Maybe next year Samsung.
To get out in front... These are MY OPINIONS and there's no disrespect intended. I feel the way I feel and that's all there is to it.
Thanks for reading!!!
