Yes the online preorder process was a mess. And for some reason, they can’t seem to adjust orders without cancel/reorder even if you call in. Which isn’t a good alternative with all the production backlog.

Somehow my order went through with wrong watchband and I would have had to cancel to correct it. So they gave me $50 voucher to order different one.
I've always hated that they can't amend orders before they ready... I guess with the mess that they have they don't trust their reps to amend them LOL

So far I'm enjoying the S22 Ultra.

Pros I've noticed so far ....

The under display FPS is really good. The best under display fps I've used on a phone.

This is definitely the fastest smartphone I've used so far.

The camera is the best camera I've used so far when taking photos and zoom quality is incredibly better compared to previous models. The focus is near flawless. And night shots are very good. Can't speak on video yet.

Seems like you can manually reach max brightness by sliding the brightness to max and enabling extra brightness in the settings. No need to set it to auto brightness.

Cons I've noticed so far ....

The S-Pen doesn't slide out as easily and smoothly as previous Notes.

The speaker audio could have been better for a flagship device. It's not bad, but it lacks depth.

I agree 100% my friend... As for the s pen it's the material I feel it's got like a little silicone feel to it and it snugs a little bit when trying to get it out... I did have an extra s pen from my Note 10 plus days and it fits with no issues LOL but it's a red one...

Audio speakers are okay not the best but good enough I guess on a positive I'm always on my earbuds anyway...

I just love looking into the screen especially watching videos you get to really enjoy the quality of a Samsung screen...

I haven’t received mine yet but camera shots people are posting online seem fantastic and improved.

I finally took that factory placed clear cover off the display and put a proper LK brand display cover on. Now my fingerprints should work just fine. I hope. I've been having fun trying different cases. I do like the Silicone one from Samsung a lot. Ringke clear and their rugged one are nice, too.

I haven't had much time to test the phone out. I just got this at 10x.

2 days in and I'm loving it. Not selling my Fold 3 so gotta decide which one goes. 13PM or P6P. Gonna be hard for anything to supplant this one as my daily.
Any interest in an iPad Air 4 LTE and some cash for that Pixel? I just got the 11 Pro and don't need the Air

I received my Ultra today. It's the best phone I've ever had. Smooth as butter (like a criminal undercover), and the screen is absolutely gorgeous. I love all of the little things Samsung has added to its OS.

People keep saying that Pixel is made for iPhone users. Nah. Samsung is making phones for iPhone people.

How is call quality for everyone? I tried calling the hospital and had to use speaker phone. It didn't seem like they could hear me that great. I couldn't hear them too well either at the nurse's station. Yesterday I had better luck on my iPhone 11. So I'm a little concerned. I did have real 5G at my mom's house. On my iPhone, I was on 4G as that's all iPhone 11 can do and I don't have 4G at my own house.

Call quality has been as good or better than any of the other devices I have at the moment. Absolutely no complaints there.

Sooooo, I just got my regular sized S22, and a warning, the microphone hole is very close to the sim eject hole. I may have accidentally stuck the sim ejector tool into the wrong hole, luckily I didn't press too hard before realizing and it seems the microphone still works fine (no one has complained they could hear me on a phone call).

Be careful.

I always think my Samsung phones have better sound/reception for phone calls and hope that hasn’t changed!

There's a joke to be made in there somewhere but I'm not wanting to get banned today 😀

YES! This is the SAME issue on the S21, and I made the exact same mistake as well!! Somebody at Samsung really thinks it's a good idea to put two holes besides each other, and one is the only hole where you need to stuck something in.

Yeah luckily mine doesn't seem to be damaged, but it was nervewrecking when I realized I stuck the pin ejector into the wrong hole....

Impressed with portrait mode and how it was accurately able to focus on two subjects on different planes and to blur out pretty well between them. Wish I'd have taken a comparison shot with my 13PM but I was borderline in a food coma.

Thanks for the offer but I think I'm keeping it for now. Thinking I'm going to let the kiddo use it since he's not feeling his S20FE. I'll let you know if I do decide to move it though

I really like the more realistic bokeh (fade) effect in portrait mode on this phone’s camera! How accurate is skin tone?

I had that same problem with the Samsung S10+. Can't tell you how many times I put the sim ejection tool into the wrong hole.

It's pretty close. Might be a hair yellowish in the pic I posted above. I'd say not quite as accurate as the P6P but on par with the 13PM

hows everybodys battery life? Mine is hard to measure due to the fact I’m taking plenty of photos. Screen on time was on about 3 hours, 30 with 10% left which I know isn’t good but using the phone it’s not felt like battery is bad most days it’s lasting all day.
