Pricing leak.
Looks like a bit pricier than the S21 series. Now the presence of the S21 FE this late made sense.

I hate curved screens but the leaked s22 Ultras are beautiful. I’m still not sure whether I’ll get the s22 Ultra or the s22 though. My Pixel 6 Pro is already my big phone. I got an iPad Mini 6 for Christmas. iPhone 11 is my main phone. Sometimes I’ve wanted another small phone with a more robust camera offering. I’m not sure what I’ll get but I did sign up for the reserve to get the $50 off.The FE is excellent phone for the light or average users or a good spare phone if you have top end flagship. Sometimes there are places you don't want to take your daily driver phone with you so the spare phone can be handy.
As for the S22 Ultra i think the 12/256 will be the best seller.
The only weakness of this phone is its curved screen otherwise its the dream phone i was dreaming to own few years ago.
I wonder if it will come with more Ram, like with the S21 Ultra? Either way I’m ready for the S22 Ultra/Note 22. It feels like this device is what I’ve been wanting for a while now.Think I'm settled on the 512GB model
My fold 3 512GB is using 190GB so same storage option makes the most sense
Agreed pleased built in s pen is backI wonder if it will come with more Ram, like with the S21 Ultra? Either way I’m ready for the S22 Ultra/Note 22. It feels like this device is what I’ve been wanting for a while now.
It’s ridiculous how much RAM is packed into these Android phones… Windows ships a recent Microsoft Surface Go 2 that only goes up to 8GB of RAM? And we are getting phones that come with 16GB of RAM, but I agree 12 GB is more than enough.Agreed pleased built in s pen is back
I guessing 512GB will come with 16GB. 12GB is enough though

I’m just hoping One UI 4.1 that ships with S22 has some new DeX goodies.
Because RAM is actually quite cheap, to the point that the Chinese are putting 6 to 8GB RAM even on their mid-low end phone, and it's an easy way to market and put higher price on models with more RAM on the spec sheet (look, more RAM, must be better). With consumers having bad aftertaste from older Androids with 1-2GB of RAM, it's an easy sell. It’s ridiculous how much RAM is packed into these Android phones… Windows ships a recent Microsoft Surface Go 2 that only goes up to 8GB of RAM? It looks like it’s official, the invites have gone out (see the front page of this site) the event will take place on February 9th at 3pm U.K. time
It looks like the products that will be announced are the S22 lineup and the new Samsung tablets, No mention of new earbuds. If that’s the case, I wonder what the pre-order bonus will be this time around? Personally I would be happy with Samsung giving more trade in value for my S21 Ultra.
I also get perks from work discount, it will be interesting to see how much the discount will be for that, especially with trading in my S21 Ultra.
Do you think the Exynos chip will be much better this time? I remember trying the Note 20 Ultra, having to return it due to battery issues. I’m hoping they put the same battery life or better into the S22 Ultra.I hope we get buds pro as free gift as I sold my buds live not long ago.
Annoying I’m at work so will have to follow it via Twitter for it all but it’s not like there will be anything we don’t know. Hopefully the odd surprise would be nice
There are concerns on both Snapdragon and Exynos at this point. The SD8 gen 1 is throttling and overheating, while the Exynos 2200 is not performing as well. Some blamed it on Samsung manufacturing. Hopefully they give away the Buds Pro or even the Buds 2.

The SD8gen1 is already out and used on the Xiaomi 12 Pro, and the throttling and overheating concerns are all over YouTube, showing that it is worse than the 888 in terms of throttling. Hopefully Samsung does a better job, but I’m not holding my breath. Most users probably won’t notice, but it’s just a reminder for enthusiasts using the phone for video recording or gaming. As long as the performance and battery life is as good as or better than the S21 Ultra, i will be happy. I love the design of the Note, with it's squared design, the curved screen and the built in s pen. I think a lot of Note users will be looking to update to the S22 Ultra.
I had the s21 ultra with exynos 2100 and it was good to be fair. Battery life was good and had no overheating. 2200 should be better no doubt. The SD gen 1 is rumoured to have had overheating issues so I think the differences in chips will be very much not that different.Do you think the Exynos chip will be much better this time? So far I don’t have issues with my Exynos S21. But at the same time, I’m not a gamer nor content creator. The rumors of Exynos 2200 benchmark didn’t show good results.I had the s21 ultra with exynos 2100 and it was good to be fair. agreed on exynos 990 battery life was bad and overall didn’t perform well.

It's a slab. It's going to be good lolI like how you don't hesitate to pull the trigger good on you i like that. I am the type who would like to feel and see the phone physically before i decide. But this time i think its easy with the S22 Ultra.
I did a bit of reading and catching up on the rumors this morning. I don’t like how the battery has been cut down on the non ultra models. The concern isn’t enough to rule them out on that basis alone, though. It’s just something I was not too happy about, though I do appreciate that the smallest model is now even more compact. I just don’t like getting caught out with low battery warnings.I like how you don't hesitate to pull the trigger good on you i like that. Agggggggggghhhh kittttttttens! Cute cuddly kittens! And they’re actually not blurry. Every year I get my hopes up that photos of my cats taken with my Samsung phone won’t be blurry. Every year, I am disappointed. Don’t let me down this year Samsung!
It’s not just you. Sometimes I’ve also seen it look kind of light “eggplant”. It most definitely isn’t a true burgundy in most of the photos I’ve seen. But in person it may live up to the name “burgundy”.Is it me or is that more pink looking than burgundy
