Thanks for the info at drinkingtea. 👍

Set mines up and hope this is the direction Samsung is going with AOD.

Music widget on the lock screen (and AOD). Finally. 🙂

(I know Samsung has a lock screen music widget, but it's ugly and huge.)

I guess the Germans don't want to tell us anything about the One UI 6 beta ... no info on the web all day. 👎

I thought Samsung said OneUI beta 6 was due out Aug 2?
It was initially due in the 3rd week of July… hopefully these delays is some indication they are adding more features to the LockScreen, supposedly its going to be similar to how its on the iPhone.

I’m really a fan of the depth effect feature along with adding widgets to the Lockscreen. And we likely might get some changes to the AOD.

One UI 6 aka Android 14 should be pretty good. I am hoping that Samsung starts to pay closer attention to animations and transitions. They finally have gotten studder under control. I would like to now see some refinement to the UI in animation and transitions. Don't get lost in adding new features at the cost of refinement and stability. My s23 has no lack of features. Lol

In terms of Beta release it was pulled by Samsung because of too many bugs. Some of those bugs must have been pretty serious. I am not concerned about the Beta release schedule other than the release schedule is not delayed. I think it is smart for Samsung to pull an really buggy Beta.

What I want the most is more lock screen widget implementation. Lock Star is great but official OS support for weather, sports scores, calendar events, etc would be cool.

Theming all icons when when checking themes or matching wallpaper too.

Ordered. Due for delivery 4th august
Off topic I know but recieved my watch 6 classic yesterday. Tbh it feels like a small incremental upgrade imo. I'm accustomed to not using the rotating bezel, so besides that it doesn't feel different enough to leave my watch 5 pro.

The battery life is the main reason I held on to the 5 Pro.

I wonder why the S23+ appears to be the least popular model on the GSMArena popularity table for Samsung models it lags far behind the Ultra and the standard S23.

Placed an order in Amazon to exchange my iPhone 13 with S23. Only reason why I’m going back to android

1. Badly missing those chrome extensions which are supported by Yandex browser

2. I couldn’t able to set up Microsoft teams after upgrading to iOS 17.

3. English (India) and my regional language are not supported by dictation.
