Yep there is quite a lot of old misunderstood comments on this mainly as by default Samsung takes photos on release and not on press of the button, you should change this in camera settings to quick tap especially for candid shots
The rest is down to clever processing and focusing where Pixel has always excelled however often its the user not panning with the shot or even using burst mode not dissimilar in principle to the old SLR motor drive to capture the best shot of a moving object
The rest is often anecdotal remarks, as rarely do you see reviews with all 2 or 3 phones capturing the same moving object at the same time
The bottom line is YMMV depending on your shooting method, prevailing conditions and subject![]()

In all seriousness I get your point. Pixels have been known for being able to take the best pictures, yet they don’t have the 200mp camera like Samsung. Sometimes it’s not the equipment, it’s the person on the other end.
