If you live in Dayton you should know its the store in beavercreek a suburb of dayton. if you live in south east ohio and care to buy an apple pencil they should know where the two closet apple stores are.

between apple products and sneakers, scalpers are the worst.
 
I bought one.

I want to say that the Apple employees are some of the best salespeople i've every run across. Not a hint of attitude or impatience, considering how crazy this is :)

The Grove location had shipments two days ago at around 4:30pm. Yesterday I stopped by at around that time, and they didn't have any. The Apple person I spoke with actually said he didn't think they had received any at all and I corrected him saying that they had the day before. Someone on this board said he picked up a pencil at The Grove earlier in the day (yesterday) though, so shipments seem sort of sporadic.

My biggest fear is finally getting one and remembering that I suck at drawing.

Checking in for LA as well. Haven't checked today but they were tapped out yesterday at century city when I went for lunch.

I'm in LA county too and have been keeping up with the thread but unfortunately it's difficult for me to keep up with the stores since i work till the late evening :(. But yeah noticed that seemed to be the case as well.

These are coming in at least. Tuesday had shipments. Wednesday a lull (apparently), but today (Thur) seems back on track.

Looking better

Now for the Holy Keyboard quest.
