Kroger released an update today which said Sign in with Apple ID, but I have been unable to find SIWA since updating. Hopefully it's coming!
Yeah I noticed that too (posted it above #245), and have been checking everyday but nothing. Once they turn it on I’m going to request that they delete my account and use SIWA.

The Bose Music App now also supports SIWA. I signed out of my Bose account, signed back in using SIWA and then could merge it.

Were you able to use the "hide my email" feature?

Nope. I just tried again. They force you to give your real email address.

They also still use the trick of not showing Sign In With Apple on the first launch, leading to people signing up with Facebook, Google or email. They’re dancing around the rules and this shouldn’t be permitted.

I agree that it shouldn't be permitted...
I am hoping that they are still working out issues, and rolling out.. that it will not stay this way.

As an aside, I permanently deleted my Pinterest account, and I rarely use it.. so if they choose to be shady then I can live completely fine without a Pinterest account.

Has anybody been able to merge an existing NYT account with SIWA? their support page says it should work, but it won't show me any options to link/merge them

Interesting. I am not seeing it on my Pinterest app

Kill the app, then restart it. Sign In With Apple will appear.
This looks to me to be an intentional skirting of the rules. When a reviewer at Apple sees Sign In With Apple missing and tells Pinterest: “Hey you’ve gotta add it”, Pinterest can say “look again” and there it is.
I wonder what the appropriate avenue would be to report this to Apple.

Today, Kroger (Fry’s Food for my geographic location) finally turned on SIWA but I’m a little confused in using it and perhaps someone in this thread can help me.

1) If I use SIWA, is that making an entirely brand new account with Fry’s Food? And will I lose my current gas points?

2) I use my “at icloud” email address currently with Fry’s Food but with SIWA, I’m only seeing my “at me” email which I can choose to hide or not, but what if I don’t want to use that address with them? Is there a way to change it so that I can use the “at icloud” address instead?

3) If I use SIWA and opt to use the “at me” email address, I guess that will create a new account with Fry’s Food and probably lose my gas points?

Sorry if this is confusing for me...

It does not always work for me. SIAW appeared for my iPad Pro 12.9 after several kill and relaunch of Pinterest app. However, for my iPad Mini, SIAW is still missing after several kill and relaunch, even reboot.

Still doesn't appear. Even deleted and reinstalled

It would appear that Kroger is being sketchy (why would I ever assume otherwise?) with their SIWA.

You can currently link a Kroger account within the app to a SIWA account.

However, you do not appear to be able to create a new account using SIWA, you must enter in your name, email, and password.. I guess you could still just copy and paste the SIWA private relay email, but a password is still required.

IMO one of the benefits of SIWA is removing the password vector. If an account has email/password access plus SIWA there is now two potential attack vectors, with email/password being the easiest. Although email/password might be fairly secure, one of my goals is not only to be more anomalous but to enhance security of my accounts.

I didn't expect McDonalds to add it because they didn't have any social sign ins at all. Nice surprise!

They’ve done Google login for quite a while. That’s how I’ve always logged into it until now.

It seems that different countries have different apps. I just checked my version number (6.1.0) and it's behind the one you listed (6.6.1). There's no update available for the McDonalds in Canada app. It neither has Sign In With Apple, nor Google.

Quick question: so if I already have a McDonald’s account, how do I switch this one over to SIWA? It’s been easy with other apps but I don’t see anything in settings?

I mean who’s creating an account on McDonald’s website anyway?!

Almost all the big fast food chains now have an app so you can order and pay from your phone. One needs to create an account to do that.

Wendy’s
Burger King
Chick fil-a
McDonald’s
Five Guys

I didn’t see a way to. In my case I just ended up creating a new account.
