Yeah, the Sprint customers were the only ones charged so far. I've learned that T-Mobile orders are charged when they ship out.

What a mess this was! I had a rep call me back and said everything was working and when she went to try to process the upgrade she said it wasn’t working and would have to call me back. That was at 10am-ish. So then I kept trying the T-Mobile website and app. I finally got it to go through about 20 mins later and it changed my storage selection from 256GB to 128GB. That is not doable for me. So I call customer service again to get the storage changed and they have to cance my order and re-do it again. At this point I was expecting October shipping dates. While I was on the phone with this rep, the first rep called and it disconnected the second one putting my new order in. Then that rep called me back so I hung up with the first one back to second and FINALLY got my order in.

Finally got through Best Buy’s T-mobile screen. Question for any of you whi have done the Best Buy trade in, does Best Buy let you take the new phone home with you before you trade the old one in. Reason I ask is I have A LOT of pictures and music on my phone and I like to make sure I was able to successfully transfer everything over before I erase the contents of the old phone. The transfer usually takes so long it’s done overnight.

B) Leave it as physical sim since the 14 will already come pre-activated (with the number I used to upgrade with)
C) Leave it as physical sim and there will be a option to send it to the iPhone 14 during set up

I was able to finally order 3 iPhones with the trade-in discount on the T-Mobile website. I am surprised that they aren't taking orders for the 14 Plus yet though. Isn't Apple taking orders starting today, even though they will not ship until October?
EDIT: Never mind, they just weren't showing the "Buy" button for the Plus on the comparison screen I was looking at for some reason.

Ugh having issues because my mom doesn’t remember the account pin and she can’t get in to change it because the site sucks right now so I can’t even place my order on apple and I don’t want to go with T-Mobile.

Considering switching to Verizon after this mess. Wanted the promotion after buying the phone in full on Apple site. The T-mobile customer service agent told me I could order the phone through them and get a launch day date but I couldn’t be bothered juggling two phones. Especially since if I decide to get the 15 next year I will lose part of the discount.
Same here! Called Apple and they don’t know what I’m talking about and suggested that I replace the order. This sucks because I had an Iphone 12 pro in purple that the reservation said would arrive on launch day. Waiting on a callback from T-Mobile but since it’s through Apple they probably can’t help me.

I got my the email to place my "reserved" order, but I put the an 11 Max instead of the 13 Max as the trade in phone, so I ended up having to make an entire new order anyways.

It took me forever to get a call back and then took forever to process it (wouldn't "go through," had to be delivered to my office), but I was able to order a Deep Purple 14 Pro Max 256 GB. It will arrive on September 16.

She says the ship date is 9/16 with free 2 day shipping does this mean they will ship the phone on 9/16 or will I receive the phone on 9/16
Also they charged me a $30.00 upgrade fee is there anyway to get that waived

I just looked on the t-mobile App and it says processing order with a ship date of 9/23-9/29 Wtf I would not have ordered if it wasn’t 9/16 ship.
and what time did you get your initial reservation? trying to figure out where I am in line. my email is timestamped 8:07 AM Central time.
T-Mobile rep finally called me back to do JOD order. Tried to process my card for pre-authorization and declined (supposedly). We tried 3 other cards (4 total, 4 different credit cards, 4 banks) and they all denied. I said there’s absolutely no way they’re all getting denied; everything is correct. So they said we’ll call you back when we know it’s working again, there may still be issues. SMH. I did put an order in through apple, 10/3-10 delivery. I’ve been thinking about getting off JOD and doing trade in with apple each year as the trade in values have been so high. We’ll see what happens.
Thanks for verifying this. If anything it just solidifies that I made the right choice by not going with T-Mobiles EIP. Unfortunately I'm trading in an iPhone 11 and not on a Max plan so I'm missing out on $190 across 24 months. Much rather finance with Apple, get 3% cashback, and pay the phone off in a couple months. Thanks again.
