As a new T-mobile customer, I placed order for 3 iPhones on Sep 9, 6:45am (California, US). I thought that we would be receiving the phones right about now, but I have not even received shipping confirmation email (tracking code).
Is this normal?
My order confirmation has a link to check the order status, but it leads to T-mobile site that requires T-mobile phone number. Support chat rep tells that I can only check the order status online after receiving the order. Furthermore, they claim that they do not have access to online orders and advise calling in to a phone number with 30 min+ wait time.
Starting to have regrets for switching to T-mobile...
