I’m having the exact same experience and switching from AT&T. I ordered a 256 GB iPhone 14 Pro Silver and 128 GB iPhone 14 Purple around 8:30am ET on 9/9. Until this morning, my order status was for shipping and delivery today 9/16. Now pushed to End of October. I Text’d with T-Mobile and got the same answer. I don’t think I’ve been charged though.
Called to a close by T-mobile store. They confirmed that they have phones I want if I come to pick them up right away.

Run to the store: apparently there is a 1h line ahead of me and they will know if they still have the phones after that.

T-mobile really tries hard to make the customer experience miserable and wastes a ton of their own time in the process.

Yes, the text chat from T-mobile said a firm yes when I asked if it would be $8.30 monthly when apple says $19.96. She also said I had the chat text to refer back to if I don't get them. I got her name also. I was persistent and used screenshots from that Reddit post to show they had done it for others.

After waiting in line they told that they cannot help transferring their online order, nor could they help cancelling the online order to allow make a new order at the store. Rep advised to cancel the order myself by calling them and then get back to see what phones they might have. Apparently phones trickle in to stores around noon (while my launch day order is postponed to end of October).

Very frustrating. I messaged T-Mobile politely about the fact that my order is delayed and there is no estimated delivery date (after previously listing today, 9/16 as the delivery date). UPS just says, "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible."


T-Mobile was not helpful. They just said that I should check with UPS.

But you got UPS tracking code by email? Or did you manage to log in to T-mobile system to check the status?

T-mobile order status implementation is genius: You can log in to check the order status only after you have received and activated the ordered phone & line.

Yes, I did receive the UPS tracking number by email from T-Mobile. Agreed that their order status system is an absolute failure.
 
Ordered my phone today via phone with a rep. Rep took my order and took my credit card over the phone. Gold Max Pro 128gb. Only one in stock and available 16-20th.

Never received an email. So I started a chat through the app. The order was never placed. I was irate. They tried to feed me the usual bs.

I was able to order the Grey one 256gb, get the promotion for a trade in, next day shipping, and $100 credit to my account.

Phone ships next week.

Now I’ve been sitting here all day waiting for UPS in my living with the door open. No UPS truck down my street.
I get up to go upstairs to the bathroom look out my front door and the box is on my porch. . They had to walk it down my street and threw it on the porch.

Paid for next day delivery. Went out today for delivery and ups never attempted to deliver here in nyc. Updated at 8pm that it has been rescheduled for Monday. I waited all day for nothing. No point in paying for next day, really disappointed. My wife’s phone was dropped off at a nearby pickup location but I have to wait until Monday while she gets hers tomorrow and she got free for ground. UPS is just bad 😂.
 
I gave up on doing a pre order I just went to the T-mobile store and walked in. I asked if they had a Pro in slate black with 256 GB the gentleman there said yes and I said ok lets go. A hour and half later I walked out without my iPhone 11 Pro and with a iPhone 14 Pro in the exact color and with the storage I needed. I had issues years ago with doing pre orders and I swore off even trying. When I went in to the T-mobile store I was expecting they would not have what I wanted but I was surprised to say the least.
 
ordered mine 09/12, iPhone 14 Pro (purple) and iPhone 14 Pro Max (black), to my surprised it was delivered today 7:30PM PST Bay area California, excellent service Tmobile. Here's quick photos compared to my old iPhone 12 Pro Max taken from an old iPhone XR.

Reached T-mobile rep after 30min wait. He told me that the phones are back-ordered and that my order will be "delayed". After asking several times for an estimate, he told me that the estimated shipping date on their system is October 28!

What the **** - I ordered on T-mobile 6:45am on the launch date, they took my money, estimated 9/16 as the shipping date, and without any communications they have quietly pushed my order out by 6 weeks.

Anyone else have had similar experience?

Jole, I hear you. I haven’t called TMO yet but used chat from a couple of days ago and was advised a 1 day delay in shipping, even though it still says 9/15-9-/16 expected ship date when I checked online just now. Who knows what they will tell me if I actually call.

I also placed the order and was charged instantaneously on launch day (between 7 and 8am MST).

Not sure if it’s because I ordered a silver Pro 512.

I have 256gb as 4K ProRes video recording on the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max still requires a model with at least 256GB of storage.
Are you serious?! I got the 128G… I have the 2 TB iCloud storage plan included in Apple One. We can’t take any 4k ProRes pictures?! I mean I have the space since I have iCloud storage 😭
