Called to a close by T-mobile store. They confirmed that they have phones I want if I come to pick them up right away.I’m having the exact same experience and switching from AT&T. I ordered a 256 GB iPhone 14 Pro Silver and 128 GB iPhone 14 Purple around 8:30am ET on 9/9. Until this morning, my order status was for shipping and delivery today 9/16. Now pushed to End of October. I Text’d with T-Mobile and got the same answer. I don’t think I’ve been charged though.
Run to the store: apparently there is a 1h line ahead of me and they will know if they still have the phones after that.
T-mobile really tries hard to make the customer experience miserable and wastes a ton of their own time in the process.
