Super easy, went up on the website at 7:45am, upgraded two lines and added a line all 128 gig minis. Done with all the orders and trade ins at 7:52am

Damn, I've been trying since 4:45am PST for that reason, still getting the Snag error.

No, I called 611 like usual. I tried online just to test it out but couldn’t go past the trade-in screen.

Way easier than I expected. I hit the website at 7:43am, checked out and had an email confirmation at 7:53am
Gold PM 256 and now the long wait begins.

Ugh... finally got my JOD order in over the phone after 20 mins and he spelled my street name in my address wrong... off by one letter. What do you guys think? I tried to call back but it’s saying 45 mins now so I did a call back. Think UPS will know the correct address anyway?

I had that on Safari (not that it matters, I'm still stuck on the device selection screen in Chrome).

im trying on the T-Mobile app, safari on my IPP and Firefox...all is grayed out. Ugh! It’s almost been a hour trying... and it’s 5:37am here... about to give up and go back to sleep lol

Refresh your screen. I also recommend calling in while you continue to try. There’s gonna be a hold so sooner you call the better
