Refresh your screen. I also recommend calling in while you continue to try. There’s gonna be a hold so sooner you call the better
Yeh, I’m refreshing on all three devices and I also called... 30 mins waiting time lol. Thx. I think they block me from upgrading because of multiple attempts I guess?

Their website is useless. Keep getting the “snag” error and on the app the upgrade button is grayed out. Called in and was on hold but I finally got a rep thru the app messages. She’s taking forever to put in the orders though. 🙄

Hit snag after snag after snag on the website so I placed the order through the phone. After 30 painful minutes I have a pacific blue on my way for the 13th. they did charge me $20 extra but Im sure I can weasel my way out of that later through T-Force.

Just errors on the website. Called and have an hour and 15 minute wait for a call back.

That’s my plan too... no success on the website... Twitter reps are slow... waiting for phone call... I need upgrade three lines... I wonder if it’s service fee for each line?

I asked them if they could waive that fee and they gladly did

Finally, after trying on 3 different devices, it finally allowed me to place the order. But it wouldn’t allow me to add device protection or add a down payment, and I couldn’t even add accessories without error messages.

First time pre-ordering through T-Mobile. Nowhere near as smooth as Apple.com. I took advantage of their trade-in deals for the iPhone 12 Mini. The EIP agreement did not reflect the amount with the promotion, and my trade-in email did not show the amount for the promotion. It shows way less. Hopefully that doesn’t mean things went through incorrectly.

once everything dies down a bit, call in and confirm. mine shows the same too, but the rep told me that i would be receiving a 18.33 bill credit every month.

550/30 = 18.33

edit:

this is at the bottom of my confirmation email:

Once your new iPhone 12 Pro Max - Pacific Blue - 128GB ships, you'll have 30 days to send back your current Apple iPhone XS 64GB Grey - T-Mobile in good condition to get a monthly credit of $18.34.

glad yours went thru!
when I didn’t login yet, I was able to press the upgrade button... right when I login and had to choose the color, gb options, the upgrade button was grayed out!

Try the TMobile App ( chat ) They credited my account for the $20 fee. Pre-ordering on their website is a major PITA right now! Got mine in, signed EIP, ships (hopefully delivers too) on 11/13. Gold PM 256!

T-Mobile should really get rid of their nightmare javascript based system and start over. My order finally went through for iPhone 12 mini 128 GB in Green at 5:45 PT after getting online and reaching the checkout screen for the first time at 4:55 PT!

Same. But I would guess this is by design. The final checkout screen showed the EIP terms then a "Due monthly after promotion" amount different from the EIP amount.

After reviewing everything, I actually think they have 3 different things to account for - and likely do so separately: the loan amount they issue; the amount Assurant actually gives them for your trade-in; and the promotional amount T-Mobile advertises they give you.

Can somebody help me understand T-Mobile shipping? I just pre-ordered the 12 Mini and selected the express shipping. It says "...will ship between 11/13/2020 and 11/13/2020". Does that mean it literally ships on the 13th and delivers the following Monday or delivers November 13?

You should get it on launch day.

Hi all, I plan to trade-in my 11 for the Pro max but I'm a little confused. I'm on EIP which I paid off half way now and I got monthly credit $14 from last trade-in for the 11.

The rep told me if I do trade-in with T-mobile I still got that credit. So here's the questions.

If I choose to do with T-mobile, I get $415 + loyalty $200 I still get the monthly credit from last trade-in for the 11.

If I choose to do with Apple, I get $350 + extra $150 but this choice do I still get the monthly credit? and is it possible that I still pay off my bill while I trade-in this 11 to apple for 12?

I'm about to do with Apple even tho I get less but don't have to worry about 30 monthly credit that this time if I trade-in it stated that I going to loose that monthly credit.

Thank you guys.
Here is what I found out since I was in the same boat:

You must pay off your 11 ($300+) in order to trade it into TMO or Apple.
Then the monthly $14 bill credit will still continue on TMO as long as you continue service until the 11 contract expires.
You can start a 12 EIP with either TMO or Apple.
If you start with TMO, they give you $500 trade in as EIP for 30 months plus $200 loyalty gift card.
If you go with Apple, you get $350 plus extra $150 for trading in with Apple. Payment can be in full, 24 months thru Citizen's One Loan, 24 months with Apple Card at 0%.

I second that. I went through this a few weeks ago, and everyone (as far as I can tell) with the release date listed as the shipping date got it on launch day. Even many like me, who had a shipping date range of the week after launch, still got it on the release day. I wouldn't worry about it. You should start seeing shipping info in UPS My Choice like Tuesday/Wednesday next week, followed by T-Mobile shipping notifications around Thursday.

ordered two minis.
Blue 256gb shipping date 11/25- 12/1
green 256gb shipping date 11/14- 11/24
ordered the blue mini over an hour before the green so I am guessing that the blue is going to sell out fast
I don't really care if I get the phones on launch day as I'll be out of town.
