Ugh I'm going to try in-store... My birthday is 11/11. If I could get the ps5 and play Cold War the day before I get my new iPhone it'll probably be the most fun birthday in a while haha.

they’re not gonna sell in store per se, online to pick up only from most retailers

One of my phones showed up in my choice but the reference numbers make no sense...I don’t know what phone it is. I need to know so I can put in a change of address for 2/3 of them.

Has anyone here traded a phone early (paid off balance) that still had remaining monthly credits? Customer care is telling me that only one device credit can exist at a time and therefore I lost a year of credits for my wife’s iPhone...

Yes, just paid off a TMO EIP a year early and the rep said that I will still receive my monthly bill credits until it expires which is nice.

My 11 phone would work out to less than half price due to bill credits.

But the new 12 phone would also work out well with more than half off but this time I went with Apple Card and $200 TMO Loyalty rebate!

you shouldn’t lose any credits. If you’ve paid your EIP early, the credits should get assigned at the Account Level instead of being attached to the device.

There is no stipulation on having just one recurring bill credit per account. I’d call again, use the TMobile app to chat or talk to TForce on Twitter.

If that doesn’t work, contact ‘ Art Lucero ‘ via Twitter. He is the Director of executive customer care.. This will escalate the issue for a quick resolution :)

Yeah so after like an hour chat battle, they kept on giving me the run around. I think I know what the problem was. Somehow my wife’s line was upgraded as a Jump upgrade (not sure how this happened) and apparently when that happens credits get lost. I got pretty upset and told them that this is not correct and they should do something about it.

End result? They credited me 130$ to cover for remaining bill credits.

Nonetheless, if someone happens to come accross the same issue, do not give up. Perhaps use this to back yourself up.

Has anyone who pre-ordered a 12 Pro 256 Pacific Blue from T-Mobile Oct 18 or later received it? If so, can you indicate your order date and when you received it? I’m trying to decide if I should switch to Graphite the next time it becomes available.

Thinking I'm gonna wrap my iPhone SE in bubble wrap, put it into the original iPhone SE box and then rubber band that closed. Wanna make sure my trade-in doesn't get wanted during transport.

Gonna take a dozen or so pictures of the phone as proof if my trade-in gets rejected for some reason.

Yeah trade-ins always make me nervous. I take pictures and video in case they try to say it was damaged or scratched.
