One quick tip for first timers. I’ve been doing these pre orders for a few years now lol. If you sign up for UPS my choice, you can always have your iPhone be held for pick up, and you can pick it up Friday as soon as they open. I’ve been doing this the past few years. It beats waiting for the UPS truck to show up. You have to make sure it’s a customer care/hub center in order for it be available for pick up Friday morning.

I was charged yesterday morning for 12 pro max 128gb pacific blue preorder but yet no info on my choice. Hope everything is still good. On tmobile site it says ship by 11/13

finally got charged for my iPhone 12 pro blue model 256 gig. date was 11/10 to the 11/16.... butttt!!!!..... changed the date to 12/04/2020 - 12/28/2020....... FML!!!!!!
Update to my post.. canceled my pre order for iPhone 12pro blue. because of the crazy delivery window. changed to the graphite. like someone in the thread suggested. ordered it last week Friday will be here monday.. thank god .. just need to get a case and sing up for that 200 promo card

Has anyone who pre-ordered a 12 Pro 256 Pacific Blue from T-Mobile Oct 18 or later received it? If so, can you indicate your order date and when you received it? I’m trying to decide if I should switch to Graphite the next time it becomes available.
I just canceled my blue. I was in the 11/17-12/1 window and I jumped ship for a silver that came in stock. Didn’t seem like it was going to come anytime soon.

Same for me. I do see the tracking info in UPS My Choice though. But it hasn’t actually shipped yet, it’s only the label.
Yeah, figured. It doesn't really matter, but I'm waiting out the time 'til the Tuesday event posting on here ?

I did this too for past few years. This year I decided to do in store pickup since it was available. Got a 9am window on Friday morning for my 12 Pro Max.

When you did this, do you call them and they just switch it or did you place a new order online and just cancel the original one?

Got my UPS alert. Ready for 11/13 delivery. Hopefully I get it sooner than Friday since I managed to get next day air.

Can you do this before the phone ships? I have my choice and see the tracking but it only lets me select ups access points not actual UPS customer center. I would love to pick it up myself.

NO, you have to wait until a UPS tracking number is generated.
Use the My Choice App in order to change delivery to CC pickup.

DO NOT choose "UPS Store" as that will delay a day.

Do remember to check your CC hours where yours is located before committing - once you change it, it's difficult to change it again.

Some UPS CC depending on where you are located are only open a few hours to all day.
As a note: when I go fishing in Great Falls, MT, their UPS CC is only open 6pm-7:30 pm for pickups.....

You have to wait until you have the iPhone showing up on UPS my choice. From there you can make changes. If you do it to any store or access point that’s not a actual ups customer center/hub, it will delay a package a day. Also double your local customer care/hub hours. Most of them open bright and early, but some are open later on. I’ve done it the past few years and it’s been great. My local customer care center opens at 8.

Welp, back here again for the “Biennial Hey T-Mobile!!! Where’s My New iPhone at?” celebration. I got two 128 GB iPhone 12 Pro Maxes. One in Gold and one in Pacific Blue. The gold one has an expected delivery date of 12/2-12/8. The blue one is expected 11/25-12/1. Was there more demand for the gold over the new pacific blue one? I spoke to the people at the local store and they said they hadn’t even got their preorder shipments of the regular 12 pros. But they have a bunch of iPhone 12s.

if it is pre-shipment then you cannot do anything yet. Wait til you have the shipping date and from there you can have the options.(Edited to say, My bad.. T-mobile never sent me anything yet but I saw on my UPS My choice already about my iPhones as "Pre shipmen" and I can already see the options. UPS change everything?? Now , they are charging even you chose to hold your package in an access point locations!)

Ordered on Friday, two Pro's and two Pro Max's (graphite) the Pro's shipped but the Pro Max's are still "processing". Chatted with T-Mobile this morning and they said it's ready for shipping but still no change on the app.

On top of that when I go to "check order status" on tmobile dot com, nothing comes up.
