Looks like the 12 Pro Max 128 charcoal aren’t shipping until 11/25 to 12/1
All depends when you got your order in. I have a label for mine already and should be here Friday. Placed order around 10AM EST last Friday.

I ordered mine from T-Mobile after 2 hours trying to get through. Finally did, signed the agreement, then found out order didn’t go Through. 2100 that evening i had to reorder and went from 11/13 delivery to 11/25-12/1. Super aggravating.

You may want to change your order thru Apple.com if you don't have a trade in.

They may have enough stock to still make the launch day...

can you explain how this deal works to me. I had my family member do this for me and mentioned something about gift cards and discount with me sending out my iPhone SE within 30 days. I noticed I got charged $128 on my credit card.
You pay tax + any support charge on the preorder which should be charged soon before they ship it out. You have 30 days to redeem the promotion upon receiving the new iPhone for the visa card and you must complete the trade in.

Has anyone had any luck in talking them into waiving the 5 year deal if you're very close to it? I started my T-Mobile account on 12/28/15 and it says the cutoff is 11/30.

Starting to get nervous now after reading the comments about the shipping delays about the 128 gig graphite models (which I ordered) placed my order about 9:45 am Friday when I finally could get through. Bank still has not been charged, T-mobile site still just says preorder nothing else....no shipping info etc

I'm sure you can ask TMO Force on social media if they will waive the 5 year rule for loyalty...
